  I work in the mall and get chipotle occasionally. Every single time I’ve gone I have always been disappointed. First time I got a burrito it was all rice and a tiny bit of beans and meat. Second time I got a quesadilla and there was hardly any cheese in there to the point that my meat was falling out of the quesadilla. Then here we are the 3rd time.. gave it one last chance and will never go back again. I paid EIGHTEEN DOLLARS for a burrito full of rice once again. If I buy rice and tortillas separately at the store it would cost less than what I pay for a burrito full of rice. I am sooo disappointed. Chipotle has gone downhill, especially this location. In this economy, for what you pay at Chipotle and the portions are just horrible. I didn’t even want to finish my burrito. Such a waste of time and money especially on a 30 min break.

  Very rude and condescending service today around 2:14 PM on Friday, September 25. The older Asian woman working the serving line at that time was the only employee I had an issue with; the other employees were perfectly fine. I asked what the light green cilantro sauce was. I had initially asked her to add it, but when she mentioned that it cost extra, I simply asked what it was before deciding. Her response was: “Then why did you ask me to add it before without knowing what it was?” That was completely unnecessary and came across as dismissive and condescending. A simple explanation of the sauce would have taken a few seconds. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel stupid or cheap for asking a basic question about the extra cost food/sauce they’re ordering.

  Came here on a Sunday at 7:30pm for our online order. The store was in rough shape. I can almost forgive the saltiness of our bowls, chips and guacamole, but what’s unforgivable is the state of our quesadilla. They didn’t even try. The cheese was just slapped in the middle and wasn’t melted. How do they expect people to eat this? This is still a business, and the reviews were okay but this shows me they don’t care. Spend your money elsewhere.

  I had Chipotle at the Great Mall in Milpitas yesterday, and unfortunately, I became very sick afterward. I was throwing up and feeling extremely sick throughout the night. This is very concerning, and I believe someone needs to come in and conduct a health inspection of this location. Food safety should be taken very seriously, and I hope management investigates what happened to make sure other customers don’t experience the same thing. Please take this seriously and look into the food handling and cleanliness at this location!
