The food is usually decent flavored, service is alright and atmosphere varies. Today’s experience was with this one female employee who asked me if I wanted black or pinto beans, when I responded black, she sluggishly added pinto beans. She seems really out of it as well as the employee who rang me up. Overall I’d give them a 2 in service but typically they’re actually not that bad.

The cashier spoke broken english she wouldn't understand or simply tried to play dumb.when I asked for this food. Another customer tried to confronted me by saying why I was yelling at her.i told her it is none of your business. We got into verbal altercation and I didn't get my food and i walked out. That was a horrible experience. This is the second time that Chipotle advertised for the food they dont even have. NEVER AGAIN CHIPOTLE.
