  Lähellä aloft ja The Westin hotelleja. Kävelymatkan päässä. Kohtuu hintainen ja hyvä laatuinen paikka. Laaja valikoima, oli täällä aamupalalla. Steak leipä ja iso latte noin 14 taalaa.

  Very rude customer facing staff members and management. The manager on duty the evening of April 23rd repeatedly made disparaging comments towards me in a foreign language that he is unaware that I understand. In addition there is a lobby attendant that continuously tries to grab any bags that I have before I am finished eating. Why grab my items aggressively after I tell you that I am fine. I may want that piece of danish or chips in my bag, stop being rude. I did notice after I told her no the make manager started with the insults. Even said something about my shirt and correlated it to the group, The Village People and their song, YMCA. It’s 2026, people can understand what you are saying, many have traveled around the world. It’s best to be professional and handle all people with dignity and respect. Absolutely horrible whenever I encounter the individuals I noted. This Panera Bread needs extensive customer service training.

  I liked the variety of soups, sandwiches, and bakery items. The food was decent and served warm.

  My spouse and I recently visited Panera for dinner at 8:40pm. Upon placing our order for soup, the staff member inquired whether it was for dine-in or takeout, to which we specified dine-in. However, upon receiving our order, we were given the incorrect soup. When I returned the soup, the night manager, whom I believe is named Rodger, overheard and expressed frustration towards the staff member who had served us. He insisted that our order should have been for takeout only, as the establishment was closing at 9pm. I would like to bring to your attention that there were other patrons present at the time, and it appeared that this directive was only directed towards us. This made us feel disrespected, discriminated against, and embarrassed, especially considering that the other customers present were of Caucasian descent.

  The soup and sandwich were decent, and the restaurant felt clean and organized.
