(They should have waited to drop it off when I was present) first time ordering chicken and waffle sandwich combo, I would have preferred lunch menu(with waffle fries) with a drink. Also a ice cream cone to go after my meal. I explained to a counter service worker that the waffle sandwich bread was very soggy, I didn't know about a butter spread that was put on prior so I believe it may have been to much. There was another customer present at the time, who chick fil A was late bringing out his coffee to him, and chick fil A offered this customer to free meals for late coffee. Chick fil A didn't offer me anything. As a matter of fact the customer that was present during this ordeal actually gave me one of His meal cards. Thank you kind customer 🙏. Thank you Chick fil A for the terrible customer service experience.
