  Great tenders and amazing customer service. The staff were genuinely caring, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Fresh food, quick service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.

  The nicest and cleanest Chick-fil-A that I have been to in a while. My only disappointment is that when I got back to my hotel (across the street), they forgot to put the sauces in, and as you know, the sauces are the best part of the meal! I should have checked my bag before I left, so this was my fault as well.

  If your gut instinct tells you that you cannot trust the people who cook the food here for you, why will you put the food inside your body that can cause all kinds of damage years or decades later?

  I don't even know how to begin. My friend and I decided to have lunch at Chick's. We ordered Milkshakes but I also wanted coffee and I told ( let's call him Brian ) Brian that I wanted milk and sugar. Coffee was 10 minutes late and it was brought by " Juan " who wasn't there when we ordered. And " of course " my coffee is black! And Juan has the cajones to tell me that I never told the employees that I wanted milk and sugar when I had two " witnesses "- my friend and " Brian ". The woman who worked as a Stage Manager for her Godmother in the Village demands to know HOW THE HELL DO YOU ACCUSE A PAYING CUSTOMER OF ALMOST LYING WHEN YOU WEREN'T THERE TO TAKE HER ORDER??? This is supposed to be the famous Chick Filet Experience??? Talk to me, boys and girls, I feel like I had lunch at the Twilight Zone.

  This Chick-fil-A location is convenient for those using transit at Millbrae station. The parking lot is very tight and chaotic for those driving. The food is good, but the service is very slow at counter pickup. There should be someone stationed at the pickup area at all times, especially given the traffic of this location and lack of drive through. It’s not uncommon to see 5+ people waiting, while ready-to-deliver Togo bags are sitting behind the counter, but nobody is present to actually deliver them. It’s not clear if this is a staffing shortage, training issue, or if they are splitting time with those getting curbside pickup. This location hosts community events and even offers occasional specials. These are nice gestures but I would prefer not watching my fries behind the counter rapidly cooling. I can imagine this is even more annoying for food delivery services.
