- MPMelanie Pena2 days ago1.0Had a very disorganized experience at the Safeway pharmacy on Camino Alto. My husband and I both had vaccine appointments that we made online a couple of weeks ago. We had filled out all of the necessary paperwork online, but when we showed up for our appointments, there was no record of them. We had to fill them out once again. When we were finally brought into the vaccine room, it was 1/2 hour and 50 minutes after our appointment time. Once inside, we were told the pharmacy did not have the Pfizer Covid vaccine. It was a surprise to the nurse, too. The lack of communication was appalling. Something needs to be done at the Pharmacy.

Have had a few issues at self checkout where a staff member needed to help me and there are no self checkout staff member overseeing. And whatever you do, don't do a pick up order. 3 orders in 3 months have had missing items, the latest order was missing $99 worth of items. I was told there would be an investigation and someone would reach out to us. Our refund request was denied and no one reached out. This was 2 months ago. We have left messages with managers and those have been ignored.
