- DDDayday Doodles4 days ago1.0Genuinely awful customer service from the two boys on 07/22/26 at 4:33pm to 4:55pm!! How did they end up being hired with absolutely no manners and awful attitude!? First guy wasn't attentive and had little to no communication with me about my order, and the second guy who ended up giving said "fixed order" straight up did not say anything.. no "here's your order", no "have a nice day".. NOTHING. Who raised/trained you people?? I get it's a fast paced environment but as someone who is used to working fast paced environments i could never imagine myself treating a customer that way!! Absolutely insane.. If you dont like your job, give it to someone who will!!

I picked up a Cajun flavored wing, and when I stuck my fork into it, the breading came right off. I didn’t think much of it at first, but as soon as I took a bite, the chicken felt raw and had a strange texture. I immediately had to spit it out. Serving undercooked chicken is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern, especially since raw chicken can carry bacteria like Salmonella. This could have made ME very sick. I hope Wingstop takes food safety more seriously and ensures all chicken is cooked properly before being served. I definitely won’t be returning until I’m confident this issue has been address
- BPButter PopcornlolJun 27, 20262.0I went online for my order that I could not customize so I called in and was told to go online to try again. I was told it was a secret sauce that could not be placed over the phone. So I went in and ordered my "secret sauce" order. When I got my food it was incorrect and when I told Sara about that, I could tell she was getting frustrated and told me she could only fix my order this one time because it had to placed online even though it said I could not and when I finally received my order she walked off irritated before I could even ask for her name.
