  Ordered ahead and food was not ready employees were rude and talked as if I wasn’t there. Wasn’t a pleasant experience and I’m guessing the manager that works doesn’t care.

  I had a disappointing experience at this location. While going through the drive-thru, the two employees working the window appeared to be engaged in a personal conversation, which seemed to distract them from assisting customers. I asked for sauce and also mentioned a concern about my order, but my order was still incorrect and several items were left out. Unfortunately, I didn’t discover the missing items until I arrived home. As a result, I had to make another trip back to the restaurant, wasting both my time and gas just to receive the items I had already paid for. I understand that mistakes can happen, but employees should remain attentive and focused on providing accurate service. I hope management addresses this issue to help prevent similar experiences for future customers.

  I had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell. The staff was rude and unwilling to help me with the app when I had questions. Instead of listening, they kept interrupting me, and I felt like I wasn't being treated with respect. To make matters worse, an employee interrupted me while I was eating, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. The order was barely warm and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while.

  I would not go out of my way to write a review for a fast food place, but this taco bell exceeded my expectations. Immediately greeted by 3 staff members, even as I made my way to the kiosk to order. Then they ask if I need help they'll be happy to help. ( I'm indecisive so I took my time) I was then approached by another team member asking if I needed help. As more people entered, it was the same hospitality and energy. Food and order was great! Resturant is clean. I was blown away by their customer service and genuine representation of taco bell. Great team here!
