  I almost never leave reviews of any kind, but I really feel that the employees at this store deserved a positive review for their amazing customer service. They kept me updated on the process of my pizzas, gave me honest feedback when I was looking over the menu, and were just overall kind people to be around. I am not from Merced but would stop back into this store ANY time! The pizza was delicious and the alfredo was spot on! They were short staffed it seemed (only 2 employees) but that didn't seem to slow them down or alter their attitudes which was great. I didn't get their names but I hope they are recognized for the service they provided! (My visit was 7/6 around 7pm).

  We celebrated father in laws 90th birthday party 🎉 here. The service was top notch. They really gave him the red carpet feeling. Thank you Pizza Factory! You made it special

  Mediocre pizza for an expensive price tag. $25-30 for large pizza. Not worth it. Spend your money on other places
