I asked her for a little more of rice beans and meat she said I already gave you extra why are you even giving extra without asking first . It’s werid doesn’t chipotle have this strict rule on asking for a little more is ok and you won’t be charged unless your asking for a bunch of meat I asked her for just a tiny bit more & she was rude and disrespectful about it the rest of the staff just sits there and stares at you . Like shouldn’t yall be doing something instead of just standing there ? Also they wanted to charge me extra after she refused to even put a little more lettuce or beans or anything ! Not sure why this location even opened ! I’ll just stick to the mall location !

- ASAaliyah SApr 28, 20263.0I stopped by this Chipotle Mexican Grill location right off the freeway in a newer shopping center. The location itself is great easy to access, visible from both northbound and southbound traffic, and the parking lot was clean. Unfortunately, the experience inside didn’t match the convenience. It was very quiet when we walked in, with only one other customer and plenty of staff on hand, yet the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. The employees didn’t seem very friendly, and the interaction while ordering felt unwelcoming and slightly irritated, which made the experience uncomfortable. There also appeared to have upper management present, but they were sitting separately and not really engaging with what was going on. I ordered a salad, and as usual, I had to go back and ask for the dressing after already paying and sitting down something that seems to get missed often, but still disappointing. Overall, the location has a lot of potential, but the customer service really missed the mark this time. I’ll likely try a different Chipotle location in the future in hopes of a more welcoming experience. No thank you, no enjoy your meals, and apparently Chipotle does not believe in name tags so had no name to reference.
