  I’ve never been to Chipotle so this was a first for me. It was good and the quality was decent too. The customer service was nice even though I had no idea what to order but the prices were pretty affordable. (I’d like the try that got red sauce again)The place was super clean! I apologize for my granddaughter who would not sit still(hyperactive). You all were very patient but I did have to take her across the street to McDonald’s and get it to go. 👍🏼

  I made the mistake of ordering theough the app and having it delivered and they stole my money, I didn't get my double protein and barely any beans! I got 10 small chunks of chicken if lucky, what a Joke!!!

  I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and eating out has been a total nightmare. Chipotle is almost the only option to eat. I’ve tried many Chipotles around the valley but this particular location never disappoints! I love the staff because they have so far been the ONLY store that truly cares & knows how important gluten allergies are. I’ve had a few great encounters and wish I could name every employee name because they have all been so great but, I only got Payton’s name during my last visit. So far, she has given the absolute best service I have ever had at any location. Payton went beyond out of her way to prepare fresh ingredients for me. I hate being such a bug when I eat there but if I have the smallest amounts of gluten, I will have a severe reaction and so far, I have had no reactions at this location. The manager is great when I sent my husband in to order some food for me, and I love that they actually use the gluten free protocols and that they appreciate their customers. Thank you Chipotle R Street Merced so much!!!! ❤️🤍💙

  I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle because of the manager’s behavior Payton. The manager was extremely rude not only to customers but also to employees. She had a very negative attitude and spoke to people in a disrespectful way, which made the whole environment uncomfortable. It’s concerning to see staff being treated poorly and customers not being treated with basic courtesy. Management plays a big role in setting the tone of a workplace, and unfortunately this experience reflected very badly on the store. I really hope the company looks into this situation and considers replacing the manager or addressing the issue so both employees and customers can have a better experience.
