  It's a cloudy day here in Menifee so I stopped at Panera on Haun Road around 4pm to get a hot dark roast coffee. My husband went in to get it because there was a long line in the drive thru. When he poured the coffee in the cup it was lukewarm at best and it was watered down. He asked the manager if they could please make more coffee and the young man told him he was going on break but he would ask someone to make more coffee. My husband waited about 20 minutes more for someone to start a new pot of coffee by then he had been in there close to 25 minutes. When the new coffee was done he poured it in the cup and it was also watered down. I can't even say it had enough coffee in it to be light coffee. 😩 I ended up throwing out the entire cup of coffee and went somewhere else to get my coffee. The coffee is not the only drink that is watered down. The iced tea is also more water than tea. We have had luch from here before and the salad bowls were a little on the light side and some of the lettuce pieces were wilted. I pay the sip club subscriptions to get the drinks and coffee that I like at any time of the day and it's not fair that the 2 drinks I love are poorly made. If you guys want good strong Panera coffee and nice strong iced tea go to the Panera on Central and Collier even the service is better there!!

  Wow! Hard to believe and sad to see what has become of Panera. What a shame. Flavor, quality and value seem waaaaay off these days. I made a mistake thinking it would be a good choice today for lunch with my wife. She was apprehensive when I suggested Panera since I had to swing by Lowe's right there in the parking lot. She knew it wasn't good anymore. Expensive too! I'm going to skip details on the soup and sandwiches. It didn't matter what those were. Mediocre at BEST! Sorry to have to write this but people need to have accurate expectations.

  Um not sure what was going on with food prep for the day of Mar25 Wednesday . But I ordered the Italiano sandwich and a turkey bacon bravo. A few hours later my stomach was in so much pain and later I had to throw up. It kept me up all night with a fever. To add to that my son and daughter ate the turkey bacon bravo and my daughter was throwing up all night and my son was on the toilet pooping all night as well. He woke up today with a fever. My daughter was down sleep with an upset stomach all day. We eating at this location many times. Just not sure what was going on with food prep on March25 2026. So just a heads up

  Ild like to commend Wendy ....one of the staff. Always polite and helpful. Great attitude too!!!!
