This is my local McDonald’s. I’ve gone there very often. It’s frustrating because they’re very neglectful. I often have to go back for missing items, they’ll leave straws and other items. We’re participating in the competition and will get large items due to that. Out of the 4 items between my fiance and I, we only had one sticker on. We normally get medium meals so we’re wasting money at that point. There are more issues, but the frequency is the primary issue. At this point I would blame the management more than the workers. Patterns tend to correlate with problems arising from hire ups so I find it important to hold them accountable. Management, please do better, these things would not happen as often if you did a better job.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just wanted to recognize Carol (with a C) at the McDonald’s in Menifee near Stater Bros and Starbucks. She was kind, professional, and helpful. It’s always nice when a manager takes the time to make sure a customer is taken care of. I appreciated her help and wanted to make sure her efforts didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Carol!

What can you say about McDonald's? They're pretty standard and cookie-cutter in their service and the food. However, the McDonald's located at Newport and Menifee in Menifee, CA shines as a well above-average store. Their employees are very helpful and attentive to your order. Their service shines at this location and, even for McDonald's, their facility is extremely clean including the restrooms. I had one occasion to inform the staff that I had used the last of the paper towels and it was handled swiftly.

Worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to, sign on the door says they close at 9pm for maintenance but got too lazy and stopped serving people at 8:45 even though they already had payments processed through the app. If your gonna do that shit serve the people WHO ALREADY PLACED THE ORDER BEFORE YOU SHUT THE SHIT DOWN, therefor i can’t place an order at a different location all night because it still shows that im waiting for a pickup at this shitty ass location EVEN THOUGH THEY SUPPOSEDLY “CANCELED IT”
