- RWrobert WatsonApr 29, 20261.0I haven't been in Krispy Kreme in years. Bought 6 regular glazed donuts and they were not that good and overpriced. If you want better donuts and better prices check out Jackie donuts in the Sun City area near Von's. Their donuts are bigger and taste much better.

Treated my money like it was dirty and made me feel like she thought I was a bum or something. Customer service can make or break a company. I will never return or recommend your store ever again.

The manager Julian went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to carefully check my account, verify my points, and look through everything to understand exactly what was happening instead of just brushing it off. He was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely cared about making things right. Even though the issue was with the app, he made sure I was taken care of and that I left satisfied. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it really made my experience memorable. Thank you for being so professional, attentive, and for taking the time to help resolve the issue. Krispy Kreme is lucky to have a manager like Julian!
