  The young lady tried to help me with a coupon after I purchased a gift card but prior to today’s visit, it seemed like if I’m annoying these young kids. I have asked before for a substitute in a smoothie because I shop here often and my kids love to explore different fruits in a familiar smoothie. The workers tend to redirect me to use the tablet, even if I’m the only customer and they make a big amount and just dump the extra. Not sure who owns this franchise, but this behavior is unfortunate, especially when it could be donated or more regulated. I will keep shopping but not as often as before due to their customer service.

  4pm and this poor guy is working all by himself. He’s doing a fantastic job getting all the orders out but, seriously, management needs to do better. It’s 4pm in July… of course your store is going to be busy. This guy (and no employee) should be having to handle this rush all by themselves.

  Decided to go there to get something because the coffee bean line was long I walked into a long line that’s fine. I waited my time. They helped all the people that seemed to have been waiting a long time I waited my time as I understand why no one was taking orders because it was busy But I got all the orders out the dining room room died down Everyone was gone except for this lady that was in front of me that ordered They took her order and the lady left But as soon as it was my time to order the girl that Had just took in the ladies order in front of me, walked to the back in order to start making drinks, even though there was already a girl making drinks Mind you there was a girl making drinks this entire time so it was pretty unnecessary that the girl taking orders would stop taking people’s orders and make them wait to order It just felt like she didn’t want to help me for some reason Didn’t even say something along the lines of “oh I’ll be right with you” Genuinely gave the vibe like she just didn’t wanna help me at all I’ve only been to that location one time and the wait Was long that time, but there was only one person working. I don’t understand why if I’m the only single person in the waiting room and there’s no other person even in the room Why she couldn’t take my order? Or at the very least acknowledge that I was waiting Again, it just seems like she didn’t wanna help me and Didn’t like her job. I ended up just walking out and going to the coffee Bean At least if I waited in a drive through , they will acknowledge me

  I love Jamba Juice, the drinks they make are always delicious. The only issue is that this location is always understaffed. I came here about a week ago and the worker Ashley provided kind and professional service. The 5 star rating is because of her being attentive and giving good customer service despite the large crowds and understaffing.
