- KKKari4 days ago1.0Never coming back to this location. I walk up to the counter and let an employee know that I’m there to pickup my online order and i told him my name. He tells me he will work on my order right now. 15 minutes pass by and he never came back to tell me my order was ready. A different employee asked me if i was there to pickup up an order and i told her yes again. My order had been sitting there on their back counter it was ready for more than 15 minutes. All my food is soggy and cold now. Thanks to the inconsiderate employees.

- MRMei ReneeAug 11, 20261.0Terrible service the employees are super rude. When you go to the drive thru they just shout “order for who” no “hello” “welcome” or anything. Then when they give you your food and you thank them they just ignore you and slam the window shut. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve had this exact same service at this location. The manager needs to step up and teach the employees some customer service. Plus when we pulled up to the window the employee was just sitting on his phone which isn’t a great look either.
