  Who ever manages this location needs to do better! You care more about the Uber Eats than your walkin customers! This poor guy that was scooping food has been managing the front for whole 10 minutes I was in line, he’s been calling to whoever in the back to come ring up the orders that are waiting to be checked out, and they just popped in and out from the back to set all the uber orders on the shelf instead of helping with the front, food has been scooped packed and it’s getting cold! This is why you have a bad retention in your establishment, you only care for the profit and working your employees to the point of burnt out. Have some heart! Greedy bastards.

  Barely give any meat, cut things very unevenly, and filled half my tray of sour cream with rice underneath. It was so evenly filled it had to be on purpose.

  Zero communication between staff and customers while dealing with exceptionally long waits for orders. It's a reflection on management that their workers are unprofessional and I cannot recommend this particular location. Email sent to corporate. Hoping that things can be remedied at this location before more people are disrupted by this staff

  Today’s experience at Chipotle was extremely disappointing and, quite frankly, unprofessional. As a customer, I’m there to order food—not to hear an employee complain about wanting to quit because her manager is delegating tasks to her. Dane openly expressed her frustration to the cashier, Matthew, while rolling her eyes and displaying a clear attitude. I simply requested rice because there wasn’t any available. Dane responded with an attitude that it would take time. I told her that was completely fine and that I was willing to wait, then asked how long it would take. Instead of providing a simple answer, she rolled her eyes again. I understand that restaurant work can be stressful, but customers should not have to experience an employee’s frustration or attitude while simply trying to order a meal. Today’s service was distasteful, immature, and completely unnecessary. If Dane genuinely doesn’t want to work at Chipotle, perhaps the best thing for everyone—including the customers and her coworkers—is for her to move on to a job where she is happier.
