  Today’s experience at Chipotle was extremely disappointing and, quite frankly, unprofessional. As a customer, I’m there to order food—not to hear an employee complain about wanting to quit because her manager is delegating tasks to her. Dane openly expressed her frustration to the cashier, Matthew, while rolling her eyes and displaying a clear attitude. I simply requested rice because there wasn’t any available. Dane responded with an attitude that it would take time. I told her that was completely fine and that I was willing to wait, then asked how long it would take. Instead of providing a simple answer, she rolled her eyes again. I understand that restaurant work can be stressful, but customers should not have to experience an employee’s frustration or attitude while simply trying to order a meal. Today’s service was distasteful, immature, and completely unnecessary. If Dane genuinely doesn’t want to work at Chipotle, perhaps the best thing for everyone—including the customers and her coworkers—is for her to move on to a job where she is happier.

  While chipotle is always delicious, this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. I come to this one often unfortunately because it’s right by my job. The minimum I’ve waited here is 5 minutes. Normally it’s 10-15 or more. Today I walked in at 6:03 and I was the second person in line, I now have my food and it is 6:19. The employees have no sense of urgency at all. To wash their hands or to make and cut the things that they’re out of. There is also a girl that works on the grill here that treats the other employees badly and is always standing there talking. Horrible experience every single time with this location. Hopefully someone talks to someone higher up about this location because I know others have the exact same experience.

  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service my father received at the Chipotle location on Haun Road in Menifee, CA. This incident occurred on June 4, 2026, at approximately 5:50 PM. My father visited this location and requested that no rice be included in his order. The employee preparing the food, whom I believe was named Dylan (possibly Matt), responded in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Instead of simply assisting him, the employee repeatedly and loudly called out questions in a sarcastic tone, such as, "What do you want? You want beans?" loud enough for other customers to hear. My father has health issues and was already not feeling well. Being spoken to in this manner was embarrassing, humiliating, and completely unnecessary. No customer should feel singled out or mocked while placing an order. The cashier, Eliana, was present and witnessed the interaction. What makes this even more frustrating is that I later contacted the store and spoke with the General Manager, Kylie. The response I received was disappointing, as it seemed there was little acknowledgment of the seriousness of the situation. I attempted to call back afterward, but no one answered the phone. This experience reflects very poorly on the store's customer service standards. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when they are simply requesting modifications to their meal. Based on this interaction, it appears there is a lack of professionalism, accountability, and proper customer care at this location. I would appreciate for management to review any available security footage, speak with the employees involved, and investigate this incident. Given the embarrassment and poor customer service my father experienced, I believe a refund or meal credit would be an appropriate resolution and gesture of goodwill. My family has supported Chipotle for years, and this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope Chipotle takes this complaint seriously and takes the necessary steps to ensure customers are treated respectfully moving forward.

  Disgusting the food was horribly laid out with the trash being nearby. One of the guys was throwing away trash while also being close to the food that was just on the counter. They were out of majority of the food and didn’t want to make more since they were closing (the location closes at 11 it was 9:30pm when we went) The guys there seemed more concerned on chit chatting than actually helping us. We just ended up leaving after seeing everything in poor condition.
