Absolute horrible service. Me and my GF literally walked out after 10-12 minutes. The only person who talked/greeted us was the host. We got seated and no one did anything after that. Mind you, there was only like 7-8 tables(more than 3/4 of the restaurant was empty so they weren't busy). Nobody even bothered to ask us for our drink orders. 10-12 minutes we sat there with nothing service wise in sight. Even looking around the other patrons who looked very under-engaged(some were even holding thier receipts, in the air, trying to get service to pay). What really sealed the deal was the only server engagement we got was an extremely rude server who thought it was appropriate to huff/grunt at our existence(as she walked past our table and she rolled her eyes, as we left the establishment. The biggest reason I'm writing this review is because this was not our first experience at this bad restaurant. I seriously recommend you do not waist your time/money at the B-Dubs. Go to a better one. 1000% would not recommend this one for anything and too anyone. Will never frequent this one again

I went in on a Friday night with my family, and unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the moment we walked through the door. From the very beginning, it felt like the staff was completely ignoring us. We waited approximately 15 minutes before the manager, Reese, finally came to the front. We were then told it would be another 30 minutes before we could be seated, which was extremely confusing considering the restaurant did not appear to be busy. When I asked why the wait was so long, Reese explained that he had sent some of his staff home. As a customer, that is not something we should have to suffer the consequences of. Once we were finally seated, things initially seemed to be going smoothly. We understood that they were out of several drink options and were willing to overlook that and continue enjoying our evening. Unfortunately, things went downhill quickly. Our food began coming out, and by the time half of our party was nearly finished eating, both my son and daughter still had not received their meals. We made several attempts to bring this to our server’s attention, but nothing was being done. After waiting close to an hour, I finally asked to speak with the manager. When Reese came over, I explained that my children had been waiting an unreasonable amount of time for their food. He then informed me that our server had forgotten to put the order in. At that point, I was already extremely frustrated, but I remained calm and simply asked if he could at least get some mozzarella sticks started for my 4-year-old son, who was crying because he was so hungry. I specifically asked how long they would take because we had already been waiting close to an hour. Instead of showing any concern or urgency, Reese laughed and smirked at me and told me that they were already working on the order, but he couldn’t tell me how much longer it would take. Watching my child cry from hunger while the manager stood there laughing and smirking was honestly one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I became understandably upset and asked Reese to do something to rectify the situation. At that point, I decided to cancel the food order because I was no longer willing to make my children wait any longer. Reese then told me he would provide a discount for the inconvenience. However, when the check arrived, the “discount” was only $1. After everything that had happened—the long wait to be seated, being ignored, multiple missing drink options, our children’s food being forgotten, nearly an hour of waiting, and the manager’s completely dismissive attitude—I found the $1 discount almost insulting. I have personally worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, so I understand that mistakes happen. Orders get forgotten, restaurants get busy, and employees can have difficult nights. What separates a good restaurant from a bad experience is how management handles those mistakes. Unfortunately, Reese handled this situation about as poorly as I could imagine. The biggest issue was not even that our order was forgotten. It was the complete lack of urgency, empathy, and professionalism afterward—especially when dealing with a hungry 4-year-old who was visibly upset. Reese seriously needs to be sent back to management training, particularly in customer service, conflict resolution, and basic hospitality. A manager should be the person who steps in, takes ownership of a mistake, apologizes, and does everything possible to make the situation right—not someone who laughs and smirks while a customer’s child is crying from hunger. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and after working in the restaurant industry myself for so many years, I can honestly say I have never witnessed a manager handle a customer situation this poorly.I went in on a Friday night with my family, and unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the moment we walked through the door.

Yesterday, my husband picked up an order of wings for us from the Menifee location. After eating one wing, I found a long, dark blue hair in my food. It was absolutely disgusting, and I immediately threw away the rest of my meal because I no longer felt comfortable eating any of it. I tried calling the store more than 10 times before someone finally answered. After explaining what happened, I was transferred to the kitchen manager. His response was, "Fosho, I'll put your name on a list and you'll get 10 wings on the house." How is that "on the house" when I had already paid for a meal that I had to throw away because of a food safety issue? There wasn't even a sincere apology or any acknowledgment of how unacceptable the situation was. This isn't an isolated issue. My family usually drives to the Murrieta location because we've consistently had poor experiences at the Menifee location. Orders are often incorrect, wait times are much longer than expected, and the restaurant always seems understaffed. I also contacted corporate to report the food safety issue. They assured me they take these complaints very seriously, but they offered no resolution. I asked for a refund or even a gift card so I could visit a different location, and I was told they couldn't do either and that the franchise owner would contact me. It's hard to believe these issues are taken seriously when customers are left without a meaningful solution. I've also noticed a pattern in the owner's responses to negative reviews. While they usually include an apology, they rarely explain what changes will be made to prevent the same problems from happening again. An apology without action isn't accountability. Based on my experience, this location has ongoing issues with food safety, customer service, and management. The work culture needs serious improvement through better employee training, stronger leadership, and higher standards for sanitation and customer care. The way this restaurant is being run is unacceptable, and until management takes real accountability instead of offering generic responses, I don't expect these issues to improve. Customers deserve safe food, respectful service, and management that stands behind its business when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience and the way it was handled by both the store and corporate fell far below that standard.

This is the third time I’ve been in this Buffalo wild wings, and it is just terrible. It takes too long for you to get your food…. they have hardly any wait staff …it’s poorly managed. They’re not hiring the right kind of people …most likely young adults that don’t have any work ethic. I placed an order to go praying that everything would be correct and it was all wrong. The young lady assured me that my ranches were in there and I had the correct order… I ordered the 2020 and receive nothing but boneless no ranch and they even got my spices wrong. I’ll never go back there again

Today I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Menifee with my family, and honestly, I left feeling very disappointed with the customer service. The food was okay, but it did come out a little cold, and the boneless wings were pretty hard. The biggest issue was our server, Celeste. She barely checked in on us throughout our visit, and when she did come by, she seemed to have a lot of attitude. I completely understand that everyone has bad days and that we’re all human, but the way we were treated made the experience uncomfortable. It felt like she did not really care about our table or making sure we had what we needed. What was even more frustrating was that while we were waiting for her to come back and check on us, especially for drink refills, she was mostly on her phone. I noticed her texting rapidly multiple times instead of paying attention to her tables. Seeing her on her phone while we were sitting there waiting made the lack of service feel even more disappointing, especially since the restaurant was not even that packed. I normally understand that things can happen during a dining experience, but the poor attitude, lack of attention, and overall customer service really affected our visit.
