  Waited 30 minutes over the ETA for take out. Terrible service. Unfortunately this seems to be a reoccurrence every time I order from here.

  Terrible, I mean Terrible customer service. Mr. Reece the manager is very rude. There were several customers that was upset 😡 .

  I had not been to a Buffalo Wild Wings location in over two years and today 5/10/26 my family and I (a party of 5) decided to patronize the Menifee Location on Haun Road and we had a horrible experience. The restaurant was not very busy when we arrived around 12:45 pm and were seated fairly quickly and our server came over for our drink order and then brought the drinks to Our table fairly quickly. We order the bottomless appetizer promotion and it took over 30 minutes for us to receive the mozzarella sticks to our table and another 15 minutes for the cheese deep and we had requested no chili on the cheese dip and when our server brought it to our table It had chili on it. Our second order of the bottomless appetizer promo was fried pickles and onion rings and the fried pickles were soggy and the onion rings wer e partially uncooked as well. Needless to say after we had order 30 wings we waited and waited and after over an hour we still didn’t receive our wings. At this point we had been at the restaurant for way to long too have not received our food so my sister pulled server aside and told her to cancel the wings and we paid for the appetizer and 5 drinks we had ordered and drank. This was a horrible experience and we ended up having to go next door to Rubios to eat because my 10 year old nephew was starving at this point and all Of us were upset and hungry. The fact that the server offered No Remedy to the situation was shocking and most of all very disappointing. It’s very sad that customer service these days is almost nonexistent.

  If I could give zero stars I would. This specific location is part of why this restaurant is going to be bankrupted soon. Waited 1 hour to be seated after being told 30 minutes than 1 hour for our food to be wrong 3 times!!! And the manager did not comp one thing who was assisting our table and you can hear the server arguing with him saying “they didn’t say that” which is bs. This place is now a wanna be dive bar blasting music and yelling lyrics and ignoring the food. Wing stop would never. Also, wings were dry as hell. $100 bill for a small family for the most mid food. Never again, this was our 3rd try giving them a chance again. SMH.

  If I could leave zero stars I would seeing how I didn’t even get a chance to spend any money. Business’s need to understand this mindset of people will come regardless of circumstances is gone. My wife and I came in at 12:30pm on a Wednesday. Walked in to dozens of available seating and requested a booth. We were told it would be 5-10 mins. Okay, fine, that’s normal. However waiting now 15 mins to the ghost town that is this business. We finally get sat from a host devoid of emotion. Then once sat, we select our food and drinks. Only one problem, NO ONE EVER CAME TO THE TABLE. We waited an additional 10 mins to still have no greeting. At this point we just got up and left. I’ve had bad service before but I’ve never had the pleasure of zero service. It’s clear the staff, the management team, and ownership are operating under the assumption that because they are apart a major chain they will be fine. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if this location is seeing a decline in sales and traffic year over year. The cause? The wrong mindset.
