To the owner of that establishment; you're a horrible "business owner". That place was 84°, per the thermostat. It was ridiculous to stand in there like that let alone the poor kids you employ having to work in those conditions. Its not the first time i've been there and its this way. You should have more respect for your employees and your patrons. The previous time i was there i asked why on earth it was so hot and the employees stated the owner requires it that way and they can't touch the thermostat. Do better or the better business bureau and labor board may need to be called. FYI... i don't know anyone who works there nor am i related to anyone that works there.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
