  I ordered online and then came in and he said the ticket didn't say until 12:00 so he made me and my friend wait until 12 instead of just making it when we got there. Worst service ever.

  The manager is disrespectful and comes across as though he is only in it for the money. I ask for extra condiments since he put only a little bit on. When he adds more he puts on just enough to show he added some. I got a half sandwich and couldn't taste the condiments on half of it.

  I ordered three sandwiches today when she was making the third sandwich she sliced her finger open and bled in my sandwich on top of the avocado from there she took the bloody avocado off and thought she could just replace it with a clean avocado I asked her then to replace my sandwich and go in the back room when she proceeded to tell me she had a Band-Aid to put her hand behind her back and started bringing up the next customer I asked that she not touch any of my other food and then she go get a Band-Aid she said they didn’t have any Band-Aids I went and got her a bandit from a Walmart courtesy clerk she put the Band-Aid on at the counter and dripped more blood on the counter at this point I told her it was an OSHA problem and that she needed to remove herself from making sandwiches and clean the counter she said she cleans the counter at night time when they close she then went and got a bottle and clean partial counter and then continue to make sandwiches ! I took the two other sandwiches that the other lady finished she made me a new sandwich the whole experience was so upsetting when I got home I couldn’t eat the sandwich I threw it away cause I’m disgusted I tried to call corporate no one answers the phone I’ll be filing a formal complaint and reporting you guys to OSHA tomorrow tomorrow

  The first time I went there and no one was in line so I started my order with the older man and was told i was in the pick up line and go 5' away to the order line so i did then he walked to the back and had someone else come to the front to take my order..wow! Second time I went there I ordered a steak sandwich and the meat was old and so dry I could barely swallow it and had to throw it away! I go to a lot of subways and never had such a bad sandwich! I am done with this location and surprised that subway allows it to stay open.
