  I’m not trying to be a “karen” or anything but i’m genuinely really upset about the customer service. when i ordered i had specifically for an iced rebel, and then the worker had asked me again if it was iced or blended and i repeated with iced. the line wasn’t too long or anything but i get up to the window and they handed me a blended beverage, when i had asked if this is what i ordered the guy just said yes, but with a really snarky attitude. he also forgot to give us straws until we sat there for like another 30 seconds. i’m just really disappointed cause i wanted an iced drink that i asked for twice and didn’t feel like i could even try and ask them to remake it because of the previous attitude. I come here a decent amount of times as well idk what’s going on. just hoping for better service next time, i also work in the food industry and i understand mistakes happen but attitude just really isn’t nice.

  Absolutely love this place! The staff is always friendly and full of energy, making every visit a great experience. Their coffee is top-notch, and the seasonal drinks are a fun twist that keeps me coming back for more!

  My sister and I stopped by Dutch Bros last night hoping to grab drinks before they closed. We arrived around 9:40 PM, well before their 10:00 PM closing time, and waited in the drive-thru line like everyone else. As we moved closer to the front, we noticed that every other car around us had their order taken—including cars that were behind us—but somehow we were completely skipped. At first, we thought maybe someone would come back and take our order, but that never happened. Confused, we eventually pulled up to the window and explained the situation to an employee. He seemed just as confused as we were and couldn’t explain how we had been skipped. We asked if there was any way we could still place an order since it was only two drinks, but we were told they had already closed everything down and couldn’t take any more orders. The employee apologized and suggested that next time we come in, we tell them we’re having a bad day and they might make our drinks for free to “make up for it.” While the apology was appreciated, it didn’t really solve the issue. We waited in line, arrived before closing, and were never given the opportunity to order in the first place. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. We still don’t understand how we were skipped while every other car was helped, and it was frustrating to leave empty-handed after waiting in line for so long.
