    I hate to sound like a Karen, but I come from an area that has a Dutch Bros on basically every block. Every location I’ve been to, California & Oregon, had workers that genuinely build a strong customer service relationship. I know it’s not just where I’m from because Dutch Bros has a reputation for this online too. This location, no matter what time of day or what day of the week I come, it’s just full of teenagers who can’t even be bothered to smile at you. I get whiplash from how different this location is from every other one I’ve been to. It makes me not wanna come to this location anymore, and I was so excited to finally have one in the area. It’s disappointing that this is a lot of people’s first or only impressions of Dutch too. In retrospect, it’s not a big deal, but it’s just not your typical Dutch Bros

    AMAZING customer service! I stopped by on my birthday to grab my free drink and thought why not add a couple of cake pops as a little treat and the staff surprised me by gifting the cake pops too! 🥹 Honestly how sweet! Even wished me a happy birthday. The free drink is already such a great perk so to add the extra treat really made my day. Thank you so much Dutch Bros! Will be back soon...

    Completely ridiculous 25-minute wait for coffee when you pre-order short-staffed they need to fix this ASAP

    Stopped for an Americano on the way to the Sunday Farmers market. It was a bit busy but not too bad. I ordered at the walk up window and had my drink within minutes. I like to judge my Americanos by the amount of grounds I find at the bottom of the cup and let’s just say this drink was an A+. A great drink and friendly service makes for the start of a good day.

    Every time I order ahead on the app with a 15 minute lead time I end up waiting 30 to 40 minutes for my drink. I like their coffee over S-bucks but the wait time is ridiculous. Today they were passing out orders for people who walked up and ordered after I had already checked in with the pickup window. The music out front is way too loud. It's getting to where I hate coming here.
