If I could give it a zero I would. Walked in to empty dining room for breakfast (I know why now) the hostess acted like there were no available seats. Finally the manager looks up from her laptop and says sit anywhere. We are seated and then forgot about. The waitress attempted small talk by asking us twice if we were staying the hotel, this is important to what happens next. We place our order and wait. Food comes out and somehow the French toast is both burnt and undercooked in the middle, a true culinary masterpiece. Then we had to ASK THE WAITRESS FOR WATER as if the 5 times she’d walked by the table she was not aware there wasn’t any water. Insult to injury my bacon was forgotten. Which I was going to let go but she remembered to add it to the bill. I asked her to remove it. The manager came out and informed me that she would comp one of the meals which was great but then followed it up with I should have let them know they forgot the bacon. I did tell them about the bacon, when I ordered the meal. Also my wife felt completely unwelcome with our 8 month old. This place stinks don’t waste your money.

Phenomenal spot. Patio is in the middle of the woods with killer views down to the valley+bay, food was excellent, and great cocktails. We came for dinner to celebrate my wife’s birthday, then breakfast the next day — our servers Bob+Brian gave us a 10/10 experience.

Went here with a large group for a 90th birthday party. The food was great. Loved the Hen of the Woods flatbread in particular. The portions were generous. The service was also very accommodating. Beautiful wood paneled dining room inside and a view outside. Worth making the trip

We came here for breakfast with our dogs and had a really nice experience. They’ve just opened breakfast to the public, which is great.
The staff was very sweet and friendly. We ordered the yogurt bowl and a breakfast sandwich, and both were pretty good.

I rarely leave reviews, but this was one of the most frustrating restaurant experiences I’ve had, twice in a row.
We had a 7:45pm dinner reservation and arrived on time, only to find no one at the host stand. After waiting about 10 minutes, someone finally came and seated us around 7:55. Water was poured, and then nothing. No server ever came to our table. After sitting there for 30 minutes without anyone taking our order or even checking in, we left at 8:25. Really disappointing, because the food actually looked good.
We were staying nearby and decided to give it another shot the next morning for breakfast, which was included with our hotel stay. Unfortunately, it was more of the same. We arrived around 9am, again no one at the host stand. We eventually flagged down a waitress, who rudely told us to just seat ourselves. After sitting down, we waited another 20 minutes and still no one came to take our order. We left again without eating.
The front of house operation here is a complete mess. It feels like there is no system at all, no coordination, no accountability, and no awareness of guests. At one point, I overheard staff saying things like “let’s just say this one has no milk in it” and “let’s just say this one is sunny side up,” which made it clear they did not even know where dishes were supposed to go and were just guessing.
Even more telling, barely anyone in the restaurant was actually eating, and most people looked as confused and frustrated as we were.
Honestly, the owner and staff should be embarrassed by how poorly this place is being run.
I have never seen such a complete breakdown in service, especially two days in a row. Huge disappointment.
