  TLDR: Waited 1 hour for a pizza+pasta togo order. Maybe okay to dine in, but not good for take out? I see some other reviews that had the same experience as me. I ordered online using their website. Arrived at my pick up time and asked about my order - was told to wait 15 more minutes. I sat, waited that much, then asked again - was told to wait 10 more minutes. Repeat. While waiting I noticed others walked in & got their orders sooner than mine. Would have loved to come back later if I knew the order would take so long. The place was bustling and I understand it can get busy, but still would have appreciated better communication. I’m curious if this is a website issue or because pasta isn’t ordered too often here?

  Ordered a takeaway and sat in the restaurant for nearly 45 minutes waiting for my order whilst other customers who came later were being served the same wings I ordered. I asked for my order, only to find it had been sitting on top of the oven the whole time, the middle aged lady who took my name and order saw me sitting there waiting the whole time (the restaurant was nearly empty). When i asked why she didn’t call my name, she said she didn’t know it was ready. That is your job to know when it’s ready?

  We visited when the restaurant wasn’t busy—there were only about three tables occupied. We ordered chicken wings and a mini pizza, yet waited over 40 minutes while customers who arrived after us were served first. When we finally asked, our food had been sitting on top of the oven the entire time. The cashier was busy chatting instead of paying attention, even though we were sitting right in front of the register the whole time. If we hadn’t asked, I honestly don’t know how much longer our food would have sat there. By then, it wasn’t even hot anymore. When we asked what happened, all she said was, “I didn’t know.” That’s a pretty poor excuse when you’re the one who took our order and the restaurant was nearly empty. I can only assume it was because we didn’t leave a tip since we ordered takeout and received no table service. I feel sorry for the staff who were actually working hard. She was a middle-aged blonde woman wearing glasses.

  Mariposa. Egy falu ami nem létezne ha nem a Yosemite kapujaban lenne. Pizza Factory ami nem létezne ha nem Mariposaban lenne. Vettem egy pizzát. Mondták 10 perc. Lett 30 nem baj. A klíma fúj mintha jegesmedve lennék. Fizetéskor elém tolják hogy mennyi a borravaló. Hogy az istenbe? Nem kaptam meg, nem tudom milyen az íze, nincs is felszolgalas és adjak tip? Adtam 10%. Bocsánat európai vagyok et az őrült tip mánia nálunk nincs. A pizza közepes. De a csávó aki vágta kesztyű nélkül nyújt hozzá. Szóval a közepét megkostoltam aztán kidobtam.

  Mexico was playing in the World Cup on the TVs around the restaurant when we walked in, and the crowd was really into the game! I'm happy to report that the food matched the atmosphere! We are vegetarian, and any pizza places that offer margherita or vegetarian pizzas are right up our alley. We ordered a large veggie pizza, a Greek salad that I shared with my wife, an order of bread sticks with marinara sauce and ranch dressing and a locally brewed Maraposa beer. The pizza was medium thick crust, but thinner in the center. It had olives, green peppers, onions and mushrooms, which were all fresh, tasty and tender crisp. The Greek salad was extremely fresh and included romaine lettuce, black olives, red onion, green peppers, tomatoes and a generous portion of feta cheese sprinkled on top. We ordered it with Italian dressing. You can also get it with grilled chicken added. It was arguably the highlight of our order. So delicious! The bread sticks were hot and crispy on the outside and firm on the inside. They were served with sides of marinara sauce and ranch dressing. They were also really, really good. You can order them with Parmesan cheese on top. My locator brewed draft beer was very flavorful, cold and crisp. It tasted great and I would highly recommend it.
