Representatives just doing something else without any regards to customers. Customers waiting and sweeting before get served. It’s very frustrating and disappointing and disrespectful. Bad customer service and bad experience. Please don’t go to this chipotle restaurant.

- LLLacyAug 31, 20261.0We order from here quite often, so you could imagine the surprise on my face when I received my usual steak burrito, and it instead looked like this. It was for some reason in a bowl, barely filled, protein on the side, not wrapped. Bizarre to pay $18 for this. I get the same exact thing every single time and have never had this issue. Instead of going all the way back to the store to ask them to correct it, I attempted to wrap it myself and noticed how they barely put ANYTHING in it to begin with. Also, paying $7 for a large guac and it being straight avocado is nefarious. Wildly disappointing.
