  I wish I could give them zero star. The service is very bad… Staff have zero. sense of talking to customers. No one is willing to help is someone needs assistance .. I really wish to five them thousands zero stars for their service.

  Just left my cart and walked out after roaming for the last couple hours filling my cart with $200+ worth of groceries. There was a cashier at a register with the cord across it. He was checking out 2 people. No other register was open except self checkout. After asking if there was anybody else who could check me out, he said no, the self checkout is open, I told him he might want to call someone to put the frozen stuff away before it gets bad. I don't mind going to Walmart where I can bring my bags, scan the items as I take them off the shelf and checkout on the app without having to take everything back out, only to bag it and put it back in my cart, but I am not going to take a whole cart of groceries that I grabbed unexpectedly (because I really only needed 2 items), take them back out of the cart, scan and bag them all by myself and then still have to put them in the car, take 5 trips back and forth ftom the car to the house because they can't use plastic bags with handles in this state and then put it all away too. He had an opportunity to either check me out or have me go to customer service to check out, but that didn't happen. I was told I could go to the self checkout. It's not my job to spend money with them and check myself out too. Nope, not gonna do it! Going home. I guess I should be thankful to them for saving me all that money on items I would use at some point, but really didn't need today anyway. Just a waste of time I guess.

  Fantastic supermarket. The deli / food area is great. Very clean store & super nice staff. We are from out of town & haven't seen a Safeway in 30 plus years. It was great going to this store.

  Every time I go into the store now there is line of 8+ men standing at the door loitering around the pokevend machine. There are clear no loitering display on the machine while the timer resets to prevent people from buying all the product. One, I would like to be able to check and use the machine when I come in to buy my grocery's every week on my way home from work in the morning but that's just not possible because they wait out the timers to scalp the product. Two, I would like to be able to come in to shop without being greeted by 8+ Men standing at the door staring at everyone that enters. These things are making the experience of shopping at this location less than desirable and if the stores own rules are not enforced soon I will be finding a new grocery store to shop at.
