- JRJosh Rocha5 days ago1.0Food is ok, customer service is horrible, workers dont want to honor deals or sometimes say coupons offered on the app dont work, as of they are the ones loosing money or discount will come out of their check. Been to many pollo loco and never had any issues of this sort only in Manteca. Para que entiendan La comida esta mas o menos, el problema aqui es que los empleados en muchas ocasiones no quieren aceptar o honorar cupones o descuentos como si ellos fueran los dueños y van a perder ganancias. He visitado varios lugares de pollo loco en diferentes ciudades y en ningun otro lugar se ha presentado este problema, solo el local de manteca.
