- JJJohn4 days ago1.0I’ve been to this Dunkin’ Donuts on multiple occasions, and the customer service is not good. The person that works there named Oscar is rude and unprofessional. Most of the workers have good customer service except for Oscar with the glasses. Most of the time he also messes up the coffee orders. There was one occasion where he was making a hot coffee and he got it all over the cup and just handed it to me. Another time when he made my coffee, the way he made it was awful and disgusting because he simply doesn’t know how to make coffee either. Another thing that I wanted to mention is, I’ve noticed a couple times his shirt is very dirty and has a bunch of hair on it. This is very unsanitary because he’s dealing with drinks and I don’t want hair in my coffee. So not only his customer service is bad, he doesn’t know how to make a simple coffee. And also, he’s unsanitary. I do enjoy going to this Dunkin. However, this is not the service that I expect, especially coming from somebody like him.

- TNTri NguyenApr 25, 20263.0Some of the nicest people work here! Love the staff! Gosh the doughnuts are the smallest in South Bay… And the blended drinks are very icy, need to be blended a lot more… I don’t think it’s this Dunkin’s fault, it’s most likely corporate/franchise.
