Wonderful staff and great atmosphere I absolutely love coming to Irv’s Burgers here in Malibu—the atmosphere is always fantastic, and the staff is wonderful. I went in today around 1 PM and ordered a custom burger with grilled onions. While collecting my food at the window, I asked the young lady handling my order if there was a way to request a well-done burger online so I could avoid the line next time. She was incredibly polite and let me know that they actually cook all of their burgers well-done by default.However, when I got to the table and mentioned this to my husband, he showed me the center of his burger, and it was still pink in the middle. I’m giving 5 stars because the service and overall experience are always excellent, and I'm definitely not trying to get anyone in trouble! It just seems like the kitchen and I might have slightly different definitions of what "well-done" means. I’ll absolutely be back for the great vibes, but I wanted to share this minor feedback just for kitchen consistency

  Honestly, Irv’s Burgers hits the spot every single time. The food is always fresh and honestly some of the best burgers around and the sauce is amazing. But what really stood out during this visit was the service. Taylor and Kelly were working and they were both so incredibly nice and welcoming. They genuinely made us feel taken care of and had the best energy, which you don't always get at busy burger spots. It's rare to get both killer food and amazing service like that. Definitely a 5/5 experience, we’ll be back for sure!
