Been in here twice and both times the baristas act offended that I dared tread through the threshold of their sacred temple. They acted offended when tried to pay with cash the first time (They're cashless). They acted offended when I gave them a cash tip the second time (they have a tip jar). The barista that made my beverage acted offended that I ordered regular milk. Luckily ... I find it all comical. Would return for the coffee. The area ain't bad either. No indoor seating so hopefully it's not raining or too hot.

- NLNicole LeathersJul 10, 20262.0Was at the cross creek Malibu location today and it was about 15 minutes before they were closing when I ordered a matcha, they were already bringing in all the chairs and tables, and I was grabbing a straw for my drink and one of the employees nudged me out of the way with a big metal table since they were trying to close up shop and so I asked if all the stores in the area were closing and she proceeded to say yes when actually all the stores apparently weren’t closing till 6 when I asked another shop owner. It was just bad customer service and she was pretty rude. Won’t be going back to that location.
