Savor a delicious combination of chilies, green onions tomatoes and so much more bringing flavors together that will enhance everything from your tacos to salads. In a large pot pour 2 to 3 inches of water, bring to a boil. Place tamales in a steam basket or metal colander. Place basket or colander in the pot (water should not touch the tamales). Cover and steam for 20 to 30 minutes.

Cover bottom of microwave safe casserole dish with 1/4 inch of water. Place tamales in dish, cover with lid or plastic wrap. Microwave for approximately 10 minutes on high. Time will vary with oven and number of tamales heated.
