    I rarely come to Dutch bros but when I do Im always here excited to try their drinks but I just had to write this amazing experience I had with this employee I think her name was Jenasis if my memory serves me right, she has took my order before and she always just has this positive attitude and and just good energy around her. Jenasis provided absolutely amazing service! She was super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. I also loved the conversation we had about the spider tattoo on her wrist—it was such a cool detail and made the interaction even more memorable. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out to me. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Dutch Bros, and Jenasis deserves some recognition!

    Autumn 🍂 was super nice 👌 she gave me the best experience I don't really come to Dutch Brothers I'm at Starbucks girl. She went beyond my experience with Dutch Brothers. I just came to get a gift card for my son teachers. Autumn she made me feel welcome and such a great experience with her I will be coming back amazing service I can say Starbucks can never!

    It is 103° today, perfect for a blended midnight Rebel. The drinks are spot on and the broistas were professional and nice as always. I would recommend to the manager to get the people taking orders outside on days like today some shade tents and make them wear some type of hat. 103 is no joke for someone standing in full sun taking our orders in vehicle's with A/C.

    I LOVE Dutch so this review is for this specific location only. I always ask for half sweet they do it 1 out of 5 times. Whenever they hand the drinks it’s like they’ve been sitting there or they simply don’t know how to make them (not enough fruit/float/cream, over blended, watery drinks, not even filled all the way, etc). Most of the employees here have such an attitude. Oh and expect to wait at least half an hour whether you walk up, place the order ahead or go through drive thru.

    Every time I go to this location they always get my drink wrong. My drink is easy and simple. Any other location I go too, always gets me drink correct and loves making it. When you ask the staff at this location to remake the drink because they got it wrong and you let them know what you ordered some of the staff will give you attitude. They will go from friendly to unfriendly real quick if they have to remake your drink. Yesterday they messed up my order and I asked them to remake it and what my order was the girl at the window had attitude and became unfriendly when I asked if it they can remake it and what my order was. Then at the end I asked for a straw and the girl at the window had attitude cause I asked for a straw for my drink. On top of that I was on my phone talking to someone. The workers are yelling at the top of their lungs to each other to where I couldn’t even hear these person on the phone. I will no longer go back to this location due to unfriendly staff and always getting my order wrong.
