- MRMiss Raya6 days ago1.0I just ordered five drinks and when my husband got there to pick them up they were still not ready so he had to wait then when they were ready he came straight home and realized they missed a drink and the drinks we did get were all watered down. I love Dutch and I've been going there for a long time but to spend 60 dollars on drinks and to receive what we got is so not acceptable, then I tried to call them to complain but it sends me to the 1-800 number which is closed right now for business hours. This has never happened to me before where my drinks were so watered down.

He was easy to talk to made it feel like we were friends for awhile. Found out he didn't even work in madera or live here actually drives a couple hours just to work in this small town! Shows great dedication to his job. Hope he makes it big and goes high in the company!! Definitely deserved to be recognized in a review and even more!!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
