  Headline: Deceptive Marketing Practices and Poor Professionalism Hi, Community, I am writing this to express my deep disappointment with the deceptive marketing tactics and unprofessional behavior I experienced at this Superior Grocers location in the city of Lynwood on MLK and Bullis Rd. I recently received a coupon for a specific free item, but upon arriving to redeem it, I was met with blatant dishonesty. a Staff member who requested to be kept anonymous, due to fearing retaliation by the MOD informed me that they were instructed to either hide the product or "cut it into pieces" so they could claim they were out of stock. Despite these claims, the items were clearly visible, just removed from their original package, and displayed differently to circumvent the promotion. Using bait-and-switch tactics to lure the community into the store under false pretenses is not only disappointing; it is a predatory business practice that borders on illegal. This type of conduct is a disservice to the local neighborhood and erodes any existing brand trust. Furthermore, the staff (a lady who goes by the name Rosario) was self-entitled and dismissive when I addressed the issue. There is a desperate need for professional customer service training at this location. A reputable company should take pride in its integrity and its commitment to the community. Superior Grocers ought to be ashamed of these "shadow" policies and the rude conduct of its employees who walk around the store acting as if they own the place and feel free to make their own rules as they please. Needless to say: When a business fails to honor a clear, public offer, it undermines the contractual expectations of the patron and may constitute a violation of Truth-in-Advertising standards. Management should take immediate corrective action to rectify how advertisements are honored and how patrons are treated. Fortunately, we have an El Super located directly down the street; given the lack of resolution here, we intend to bring our business and our loyalty there exclusively in the future. I trust you will address these internal discrepancies to prevent further loss of patronage.

  El peor lugar de comida asquerosa ni Ellos la comerian ,el pollo con Plumas y el.rostizado tambien y el caldo de pollo que asco y Las mojarras sin sabor y Viejas no se hable de los tamales viejos y desabridos ,y la contestacion de la manager es ni modo es lo que nos hacen vender y tacos Dorado s de pollo con huesos porque me despostillaron los dientes ,nunca regresare por favor es sucio nasty

  Was there today grocery shopping let me say I will rate this store a 1 star, but if it wasn't for the coca cola worker there. Not sure what her job title is, but i see her on a daily basis stocking the coke product very respectful and helpful girl. If it wasn't for her help and attentiveness towards my elderly parents I'd gone back to doing my shopping at Northgate as i use to do.The staff there needs to work a little more on their customer service. Sucks someone who does not work for the store helps out more than the actual workers there. If i can give her or send a message to her boss and get her a raise i will. Hard working girl with all due my respects for her.
