    I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. I placed an order using reward points for the second time, and the staff accepted and processed my order without saying anything upfront. Only after the order went through did they tell me that I was not allowed to use points a second time, claiming there was a notice on the in-store kiosk. However, I ordered through my phone, not the kiosk, so it’s unreasonable to expect customers to check signage around the machine. If there are restrictions, they should be clearly communicated before the order is accepted. What made this worse was the staff’s attitude. When I asked about getting my points refunded, they completely ignored my request and responded with, “There’s nothing we can do, your points are gone.” This was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. If there are policies around rewards usage, they should be applied consistently and explained properly—not enforced after the transaction is completed. Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience overall.

    Was curious to try their new burger, er, em, product! They forgot to include my fries in my takeout order placed in the app, even though it was listed on the receipt/work order.
