I lift weights often so i need a lot of protein and pay $5+ extra for double chicken. If you order double chicken in the in person line, like they SHOULD they dont hold back. But for some reason when u order online they tend to give you not only less chicken but regardless of whether i have ordered regular or double chicken i consistently feel like they give me less than even a single serving of what would be scooped in person. This time i did not stand for it and i went back in and asked they give me more chicken. They did which is the only reason i rate 2 stars not one. But wasted my time. And have been wasting my money. It feels deceitful. If im ordering online i should still be able to trust that my order is going to be respected. * in the photo this is what my order looked like immediately upon opening the box, before i went back in for more chicken. As you can see the bowl is only 2/3 full and no there was not a significant amount of chicken hiding under that guac despite paying for double chicken

The portion still wasn’t filling, and the meat was heavily over-seasoned to the point that it took away from the meal. The restaurant was also in rough shape. The floors were disgusting with trash, food, spills, and debris throughout the dining area and on the tables. There was no ice for the sodas, which was especially frustrating considering it was about 94°F outside. The customer service wasn’t great either. I asked one of the employees how he was doing and he completely ignored me. For nearly $30, I expected the correct price, a decent portion, better food, a clean restaurant, and basic customer service. Very disappointing experience. I’ve always been a chipotle fan but after that I’m never eating there again.
