    We needed help ordering and wanted to do it at the register like it was intended to be used. And the manager told us orders are done at the kiosk, what if I don’t want use it. She was very rude and unprofessional

    Didn't want to make a review especially on this restaurant that I have always went to without any problems but the food was quite delicious, I ordered the cheeseburger meal and several more items. When they came with my drinks, it didn't come with lids and there were none so when I went to go fill them up either. I proceeded to go to the counter and ask for some. After I waited patiently to ask for some lids and some straws, a employee finally came up and I asked for some straws and my lids for my drinks. When they went in the back to obtain some lids and straws, they muttered behind their breath and I quote "People don't know how to be patient." When I directly asked her about what she said, she repeated it and I also asked her what her name was so that I may have been able to advise the manager about it but she then said that she was not required to state her name which is fine and I totally understand that they aren't required to but still her customer service skills seemed very unprofessional. I had never said anything that would prove her point of how supposedly "impatient" people are. Never had a bad experience at this mcdonald's, and on the contrary, I've always had a great experience here besides the one I had today. I understand that your working to earn money and many more stuff but if you can't handle the pressure of working at a fast food restaurant then I guess at that point don't work at a fast food restaurant then, can't imagine what they might be saying to customers during a rush hour or anything in the likes of that. Hopefully next time something like this doesn't happen but the food was good as always none the less.

    i stopped by between 5:30-6pm on June 1 and ordered a McDouble no cheese, a large drink, and used the app for free M fries. I drove off and my burger had cheese. No worries accidents happen, I drive back and ask for it to be remade and since my fries were stale, I asked for fresh replacement fries. I figure it’s not a huge ask since I had to spend my time and gas to drive back for their mistake. I also had all the food untouched at this point. The drive thru person was nice but when I pulled into the second window, the manager (or at least she used to be one) was extremely rude. She gave me my burger and the fries were missing. I asked if I could get my fries and she was upset because “I didn’t even pay for my food they were free” . I didn’t see anywhere in the app stating the free promos are for the old and stale leftover food?? Not only that but my burger STILL HAD CHEESE. I ask for it to be remade very nicely mind you. And I get back this… they just picked off the cheese from my burger. Please contact me would like to describe the manager who was rude to me.
