    they charged me twice because there apple pay wasn’t working and the lady didn’t tell us that and when we got to window the guy was rude about it and the lady was rude to and made us pay twice still and didn’t refund.

    If i could put a zero i would I arrived to order and just cause the female skipped my car and got the order of another car and when she got my order she had me wait behind two cars even tho their diagram shows 1-1.

    Girl skipped us. We had to place our order at the window. Tried multiple times to flag her down prior to reaching the window. Instead she proceeded to take everyone’s order behind us (both lines)

    I wait on line for 20 minutes just to get my coffee wrong. I order a “ cafe con leche “ but basically they give me water with coffee without sugar… worst franchise

    I have officially broken up with Dutch. My husband and I went to have a date so we decided to get coffee. However, we will not be going back or spending our money there. There was a guy and girl taking orders and all the girl did was talk and not take orders.I don’t know how these companies are not bothered paying an employee who’s not working. My husband explained to the guy at the window that our order wasn’t taken because she was talking. The “manager” stepped in and said that they pride on connecting with customers. Wonderful, except this one particular employee wasn’t connecting, she WAS NOT WORKING. The manager defended her and said it’s not her fault. I stepped in and asked for our money back and couldn’t believe she didn’t want to take any constructive criticism on her employee. The manager is not manager material. Proper training and simply not taking sides would’ve sufficed. Thank for the good times we had Dutch Bros, but BYE ✌🏽
