  While the main store is mostly well stocked and clean, the deli is understaffed. There is a sign showing where you should line up but if you come up on the deli counter from the wrong angle, you won't see it - and the employees won't bother to tell you that you're waiting in the wrong spot.

  Only one of two Vons nearest to me but I prefer coming to this location because it's less chaotic than the other one on 3rd and Vermont. Also, the parking is easier here. About the parking, there are quite a bit shady looking transients loitering in the parking lot. Sometimes hanging around the door entrances, side of the building, or sitting in their cars. Security needs to do something about this.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best part of this Starbucks is Andrea. I’ve been a Starbucks customer for over 25 years, and I have honestly never met an employee like her. She deserves 10 stars! Every time I’ve visited this location (about six times), she has been consistently kind, welcoming, and professional. I truly hope Starbucks recognizes and appreciates what an amazing employee she is. The coffee is great, as always, and the outdoor seating is incredible. Sitting outside with a view of the ocean is simply unbelievable. If you’re in the Pacific Palisades area, this Starbucks inside Vons is definitely worth a visit!

  This location is incredibly tacky and has caused me three lawsuits. I visited here for a specific reason and ended up leaving with a lot of negative experiences. As soon as I parked and headed into the store, I was assaulted by a homeless man. I later discovered that he’s been harassing customers at this location regularly. I informed the staff about the incident and the potential lawsuit, but what I thought was an employee later revealed herself to be the manager. She called me out of my name and tried to blame me for the problem. I was shocked and angry. I was physically and verbally abused, not only that but my car was highly damaged. I informed the manager that I was going to report this experience to corporate. However, she told me that she didn’t care and that she was following the Vons policy and didn’t see anything wrong. She continued to speak, and I just walked off. #Suing #Boycotting #Vons #Done #June1st2026 PS: don’t use the restrooms or buy food there ewww

  The only reason I'm leaving this negative review is because of a manager named Lily. Today I went it as I always do, love shopping here. But today as I was at the register, this "manager" took over that register. As soon as she took over you could feel her negativity. She was dismissive, rude and when she was passing the items, she was rushing everything. There was an employee packing the bags and she stopped him to get a price check. She packed the rest of my bag and just threw everything in there. As I was leaving, we tipped the employee that packed the bags, because WE ALWAYS DO. she argued with me, saying not to do that because it was their "job". I get it, it's their job but I'm happy when they do it. I've always had a good experience with all the employees here. She should be happy that her employees are doing such a great job that they're getting tipped . I said I was happy to do it because I work as customer service and I know how it is. She kept telling me that that was there job. Why did she keep arguing with me about it? She was very very rude and had such an attitude. Never had a had a bad experience at this Vons and I have been coming here for ages! I hope I never have to see her again. Then when I got home, the sushi that I had bought, was all over the place in its box. Some of the tacos shells that I had bought were broken. It was the bag that she had packed. Horrible experience with that lady
