  This is a nice grocery store which is conveniently located within the neighborhood. If you use Instacart, this store will have your items picked and ready for you to pick up all the way towards the back, or deliver to your desired location.

  Whenever I place an online order through the Vons app my groceries come from this store and EVERY time I order from there they ALWAYS forget a bag. Today it happened again and they had to send someone out and they delivered it to the wrong door. It wasn’t until a few hours later that I realized I was STILL missing a few items (which I just ended up requesting a refund because I didn’t feel like going through it AGAIN that day). If you live near here and order delivery through the Vons app, I would dissuade you from doing so unless you want to be missing a few groceries.

  I have been coming to this Vons for a little over a year ever since I started using their pharmacy. I want to be fair because the pharmacy staff has honestly been great the entire time. They are always helpful, professional, and willing to answer questions. I will absolutely continue using the pharmacy. The grocery side is a completely different story. The staff is unbelievably unfriendly and acts like helping customers is some kind of personal inconvenience. Simple questions are met with attitude, blank stares, or outright hostility. The worst experience was at the deli. The kid with the long hair, sliced cheese without even bothering to show me the thickness first. When I politely asked to see it and requested it be cut thinner, he became visibly furious to the point where his hands were shaking while showing it to me again. As I walked away, he started talking under his breath. Completely unprofessional and honestly uncomfortable. Then there is Luis, who always looks miserable and annoyed to even be there. No greeting, no communication, no customer service skills whatsoever. You ask a question and he just stares at you with a blank expression like you are bothering him for existing. Same with Enrique the cashier. I have worked in customer-facing environments long enough to know everyone has bad days, but this place consistently makes customers feel unwelcome. The pharmacy is the only reason this location gets any stars from me at all. As far as grocery shopping goes, this was my last time coming here.

  Pokémon scalpers crowding the front of the store. Being obnoxious. The machine says no loitering yet. Employees let people loiter in front of the machine.
