- TETom Edwards4 days ago1.0Website and app are a NIGHTMARE. Guys, you are a multibillion dollar company. There is no excuse for this. When you go to enter your pickup parking spot, it forces you to select a shopping location and "start shopping" first despite having already placed an order that you're there to pick up. It then often freezes during this process and the staff wants you to show them a code before releasing the groceries. The desktop version of the website is extremely slow and buggy. Sometimes it just doesn't work at all, when you search for items it loads for 10+ minutes before showing results. Please get it together. The new Sprouts in the old 99 Cent Only Store location is coming next year.

I watched him assist another customer with his food order.
