AT 5PM ON A WEEKDAY THERE WAS A LINE OF CUSTOMERS ALL THE WAY TO THE PRODUCE SECTION BECAUSE THERE WAS ONLY ONE CLERK WORKING THE REGISTER. ANOTHER LINE TO THE DELI WITH PEOPLE TRYING TO USE THE SELF CHECKOUT. AVOID. VONS SUPER CHEAPSKATES SINCE COVID HIRE MORE PEOPLE!

About 5 times I've made a trip to the store specifically for this item and it was out of stock. There is clearly high demand in this area. I would also appreciate more vegan options in general (not just vegan meats). I can't stop at this grocery store and pick up vegan cookies or croissants from the bakery, everything unnecessarily has a cow's milk in it when oat milk and soy milk exists and could even be made in house.

They have maybe one or two lanes open max and then the self checkout. It’s a very misguided business strategy as people are shopping elsewhere as a result and worse they’re stealing. I’ve seen people waiting in line to pay for groceries get mad and walk out without paying because they get sick of waiting. Hire more staff, treat your customers and employees with basic respect and you might get some business back. But this ain’t it!

- TETom EdwardsJul 3, 20261.0Website and app are a NIGHTMARE. Guys, you are a multibillion dollar company. There is no excuse for this. When you go to enter your pickup parking spot, it forces you to select a shopping location and "start shopping" first despite having already placed an order that you're there to pick up. It then often freezes during this process and the staff wants you to show them a code before releasing the groceries. The desktop version of the website is extremely slow and buggy. Sometimes it just doesn't work at all, when you search for items it loads for 10+ minutes before showing results. Please get it together. The new Sprouts in the old 99 Cent Only Store location is coming next year.
