Honestly, such a great find! The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions are incredibly generous, you definitely get your money's worth. I loved the atmosphere, too; there are plenty of tables available, and they play great music in the background that sets a fun, relaxed vibe. I will absolutely be back!

I've had my fair share of orange chicken before and this is by far the best I've had. The kids absolutely loved it and the spring rolls were fresh. Portions were large and came during lunch hour on a weekday. Located in the corner. Don't miss it!

Great Thai food spot inside Mercado La Paloma (Holbox, Chichen Itza, Komal, etc.). The egg rolls & orange chicken were tasty (loved the crunch on the chicken) but my favorite dish we had was the garlic tofu. It came with broccoli that was perfectly cooked & had just enough garlic flavor.

One big reason is the mix of five main tastes: sweet, sour, salty, spicy, and sometimes bitter. Instead of focusing on just one flavor, Thai dishes often combine several at once. For example, something like Pad Thai blends sweetness (from sugar), sourness (lime), saltiness (fish sauce), and a little heat (chili), all in one bite.
Another reason is the use of fresh ingredients. Thai cooking relies heavily on herbs and aromatics like lemongrass, basil, lime leaves, and chili peppers. These give dishes a bright, fresh taste that doesn’t feel heavy.
There’s also a lot of variety in texture—crispy, chewy, soft, and crunchy can all show up in the same meal. A dish like Som Tam mixes crunchy papaya with juicy tomatoes and a tangy dressing, which keeps things interesting.

I had a great experience at Thai Corner Food Express. The food tasted fresh and full of flavor, especially the fried rice and curry—they really stand out. The portions are generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth. I also liked how quick the service was, making it a solid spot if you want something good without waiting too long.
The place itself is simple but clean, and the variety of drinks they offer is a nice bonus. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for tasty Thai food, whether you’re grabbing a quick meal or just craving something flavorful. I’d definitely come back.
