  This is the most bizarre drive through I've ever experienced. I've been there about 4 times. The first time, the person at the window (I think it was the manager) asked me to back up about 5 feet from the window after I paid. I figured it was some covid precaution even though mask mandates were long gone. The second and third time I was asked to do the same thing, but at this point I figured maybe they don't want exhaust fumes going in the window. Since no one was behind me, I backed up again those times. Today I ordered, paid at the window, and then was asked to move forward towards the sidewalk. There was a cybertruck behind me and I knew he'd get right on my tail as soon as I moved up. I pointed this out to the woman at the window but she insisted. Ok, I did it. Cybertruck gets directly behind me of course. After a minute, the woman comes out the front door and hands the bag to me. No drinks, so I asked for them and she made another trip to get the drinks. When she handed me the drinks, I asked why we are asked to move our cars away from the window at this location, her response was "speed of service, sir." Handing the items out the window seems faster but what do I know.

  The store employees here are extremely rude. Very unhelpful. Laughing and joking with each other, ignoring customers. Complete joke.
