So there’s cheesy, and then there’s cheesy. But how can you get to the good kind of cheesy? Like cheesy cheesy. Simple, take the Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito for example. With a perfect combination of warm Nacho Cheese Sauce, refried beans and premium Latin rice all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla, it’s the kind of cheesy you definitely want.
If you’re one of those kids who has a thing for hot potatoes, why don’t you just try the Spicy Potato Soft Taco instead. It’s got warm and seasoned potato bites, melted real cheddar cheese, crisp lettuce, and chipotle sauce for a little extra kick.
Crispy chips, nacho cheese sauce, refried beans, and red sauce; you know that whomever you’re with is going to want “just one.” Before you know it, there’s one chip left: the chip at the bottom of the pile, with only a corner covered in cheese and a tiny pinto bean. So get a second Triple Layer Nachos for you and your friends.
We could all learn a little something from Spicy Tostada. Most meals try to keep everything hidden behind a thin layer of tortilla or corn shell. Spicy Tostada, on the other hand, has no insecurity about sharing its true inner self. It doesn’t care if you see its refried beans, real cheddar cheese, and lettuce. It doesn’t mind if you think its red sauce is maybe too red, or not red enough. Or if its chipotle sauce may be a little hard to pronounce.
If you’re living life the way you’re supposed to, morning is always going to be a struggle. This is why Mountain Dew® Kickstart™ exists, to give you the energy to fight through the fatigue.
Check this out: if you make good with the Brisk® guys who run the party, they might take you to this secret dance-club thing below the tree, and all the roots are actually straws filled with free Brisk® Mango Fiesta.
Instead of a crunchy corn shell, the Soft Taco Supreme® has a soft, flour tortilla. It’s so soft, it exclusively listens to Toronto hip-hop. Dreamy. Soft. Delicious.
A warm flour tortilla filled with tender shredded chicken, seasoned rice, avocado ranch sauce, and real cheddar cheese. In terms of wrapped meals, the Shredded Chicken Burrito is perfect.
Your choice of marinated and grilled chicken or steak served with guacamole, pico de gallo, black beans, crisp lettuce, seasoned rice and reduced-fat sour cream all packed into a seriously powerful bowl.
With its warm seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, crisp lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a crunchy tostada shell... one might say the Crunchwrap Supreme® set the rules for all Crunchwraps to follow.
A warm and melty quesadilla wrapped around seasoned beef, seasoned rice, cheese, nacho cheese sauce, reduced-fat sour cream and chipotle sauce grilled to perfection.
A warm soft flatbread layered with a three-cheese blend and warm nacho cheese sauce wrapped around a crunchy taco shell filled with seasoned beef, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce and spicy ranch sauce.
A soft flour tortilla filled with grilled, marinated all-white-meat chicken, a melty blend of three cheeses and creamy jalapeno sauce grilled to perfection.

I went through the drive-thru after 10 PM because I assumed the lobby was closed. I was then told that I had to get out of the drive-thru line and go inside the lobby. I even had to ask another car to let me back up so I could leave the line.
Once I got inside, there were about five employees working, but no one greeted me or acknowledged me. No “Hi,” no “How can I help you?”—nothing. Everyone just seemed to be standing around and staring.
After waiting about five minutes, someone finally gave me my order. They simply handed it to me without saying anything.
I understand that it was late, but basic customer service and communication should still be provided. A simple greeting or acknowledgment would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the experience felt very unwelcoming and disappointing.

This location provided one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had.
My boyfriend and I stopped in while visiting from out of town and politely asked to use the restroom. We were told the restrooms were “out of service.” However, it immediately raised an obvious question: if the restrooms were truly unavailable, where are the numerous employees working at this location using the restroom throughout their shifts?
I understand this area faces challenges related to homelessness, crime, and drug activity, and I recognize that businesses sometimes implement policies in response to those issues. However, those concerns should not result in every customer being viewed with suspicion. We entered the establishment respectfully, were appropriately dressed, and conducted ourselves courteously. Nothing about our appearance or behavior suggested we intended to misuse the facilities, yet we were still denied a basic courtesy.
Ironically, we walked across the street to McDonald’s, where we were treated with kindness and respect. The staff had no issue allowing us to use the restroom, and the experience was a complete contrast. It demonstrated that it’s possible to maintain safety and business policies while still treating customers with dignity and basic human decency.
Unfortunately, experiences like this contribute to a broader issue in our society: the tendency to judge people based on assumptions rather than their actions. Too often, individuals are stereotyped before they’ve even spoken a word. As people of color, it’s difficult not to wonder whether implicit bias played a role in how we were treated. Whether intentional or not, these interactions leave lasting impressions because they reinforce the feeling that some people are presumed to be a problem until they prove otherwise.
A person’s dignity should never be determined by the neighborhood they’re in, the color of their skin, or assumptions made about them. You can walk into an establishment well-dressed, respectful, and simply needing to use the restroom, yet still feel as though you’re being treated like a criminal rather than a valued customer or fellow human being.
Businesses absolutely have the right to establish policies, but those policies should be communicated honestly and applied fairly. If the restrooms are reserved for paying customers, simply say so. If they’re temporarily unavailable, customers deserve truthful communication. Respect and transparency go a long way.
I want to sincerely thank the McDonald’s across the street for showing the kind of hospitality and courtesy that every customer deserves. They reminded us that excellent customer service isn’t just about selling food—it’s about treating people with compassion and respect.
This experience at Taco Bell was deeply disappointing, and I hope management takes the time to reflect on how customers are treated. Every person deserves to be met with respect first not suspicion.

Today about 7:20 pm I went by to get my son only Nacho’s fries, while waiting my son needed the rest room, asked the employee for the code and he said it’s occupied, we said ok we can wait, he asked are you sure? I was wondering what’s wrong with him but when I saw the restroom I knew why, it was a disaster, Im not sure if I can attach pics but I have them, we trashed the fries because we can’t trust the cleanliness of the place, I still feel so bad when I remember 🤮
