Today at around 1:40 AM I ordered two potato soft tacos with additional steak . One taco was made correctly while the other was not . There was 0 potato in it , hardly any meat and the sauce tasted weird . The boys that were working were also very obviously laughing at the situation when addressed . I expect to receive what I pay for and to be spoken to by mature workers . Thank you

This is a decent location but the food is kind of subpar. I mean, its taco bell so what can you expect. There are bathrooms, but you must be a customer to use....

After an hour of waiting I asked the manger for a refund, she got in my face and yelled at me and I never got a refund. Extremely unprofessional. I am still waiting for a refund.

Drive thru is through a garage. Location is easy to find. Plenty of signage. Food was hot and presentable.

My 12 year old son and his dad came to this location because it's close to his school and he was extremely hot and thirsty. Also, they have drinks half off during this time. Our son went to the counter to order 2 freezes and he waited a few minutes before he was acknowledged. He paid and walked away. 15 minutes goes by and my partner asked the worker what was taking so long. She was just standing around doing nothing. She stated that she "doesn't make the drinks because she's drive thru." My partner did get upset because she was the only one up there and didn't want to make their drinks. She told my partner to be nice and he asked her "and what if I don't, you have us waiting for over 15 minutes for our drinks, it's not like you're busy. Plus you just made a drink, so you know how. Did you think he was going to pay for the drinks and just leave?" She stated that she was going to give him his money back, if he kept getting upset. He told her to just make the drinks. She did. I would understand having someone wait if you were busy, but they weren't. My partner and son were the only ones inside. This was the second time this happened. The convenience is not worth it. Staff is rude. They don't acknowledge their customers, AT ALL. You're better off going to the other Taco Bell on Vermont Ave near Smart and Final. They're a million times better.
