  Took 30 plus minutes to pick up a burrito for an Uber Eats customer that lives nearby. Sure. It was a weekend night with late opening hours and near UCLA. But, a 30-minute wait for a single item is totally unacceptable. This place needs to divide staff. One team handling delivery orders and another handling in-store orders. Otherwise, service will always be slow, which will increase the number of irate customers.

  I came here to pick up my order. I waited for more than 25 minutes. When I finally asked how many more minutes I needed to wait, the person in this photo ignored me. When I asked again for the second time, they deliberately told me I would have to wait another 20 minutes. When I said that I had already been waiting for 25 minutes, they said something to their coworker in Spanish, and my order was delivered even later. They intentionally made me wait 40 minutes. The person in the photo was speaking in Spanish and laughing with their coworker. Do not employ this person at Taco Bell. They don’t know how to treat customers properly.

  This is honestly the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The staff barely seem to be working every time I come here, the service is painfully slow. On my last visit, I waited 30 minutes just to get my order, and the place wasn’t even busy. It’s not like this was a one-time thing either it happens every single time. There’s clearly a lack of urgency and organization, and it makes the whole experience frustrating. Fast food is supposed to be quick and convenient, but this location completely misses the mark. And seriously who is managing this place? There seems to be little to no oversight, because the service never improves. It feels completely unorganized, and no one appears to be taking responsibility for how poorly things are run. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you have a lot of time to waste.

  Lol who rates chain stores? 5/5 it’s Taco Bell, no one goes there bc it’s good. I always order online and they have my order ready quick. I order bc it’s open late n cheapish.
