    Review is in English and Spanish. La reseña está en inglés y en español. vvv Long story short: If you come to this Superior, PLEASE check your receipt. I was changed $17 more for a “family meal” and manager tried to give me a $1 and no explanation on why I got changed that way. En resumen: si vienes a este Superior, POR FAVOR revisa tu recibo. Me cobraron 17 dólares de más por una «comida familiar» y el gerente intentó devolverme solo 1 dólar sin dar ninguna explicación de por qué me habían cobrado así. I came in here and bought the family meal at the meat section with a cooked chicken, small rice, beans, salsa, 10 tortillas and a 2 liter coke for $16.99 but at the checkout the older lady told us that the coke automatic gets discounted. I check my receipt and I was changed for the chicken, coke and family meal separately and not in a bundle as advertised. I went back in line to ask and a lady manager came and just gave me a $1 and proceeds to walk away without any explanation. She looks back at me and I told her is she not going to explain why I just received $1? And she proceeded to point out the member discount -$1.00. I bought some turbos that were on sale hence the discount that was already taken off in the receipt. She didn’t seem like she wanted to explain or give me any explanation so I just asked for a refund on The 2 liter coke, rotisserie chicken and the “family meal” salsa, beans, rice and 10 tortillas. She gave me back $34. It seemed like a scam to be honest. If you go here I beg you to check your receipt. To the manager, please train your staff customer service and how to input the items number correctly and not just to guess that the items “automatically” gets discounted. Also please check in with your so called manager in charge of the registers, she was rude and did offer any assistance besides a discount. I wonder how many hard working people have they over charged because of their lack of knowledge. Entré aquí y compré el menú familiar en la sección de carnes, que incluía un pollo asado, una porción pequeña de arroz, frijoles, salsa, 10 tortillas y una Coca-Cola de 2 litros por 16,99 dólares, pero en la caja la señora mayor nos dijo que la Coca-Cola de la máquina tenía descuento. Revisé mi recibo y vi que me habían cobrado el pollo, la Coca-Cola y el menú familiar por separado, y no como un paquete como se anunciaba. Volví a la fila para preguntar y se acercó una gerente que me dio solo 1 dólar y se alejó sin dar ninguna explicación. Ella se volvió a mirarme y le pregunté si no iba a explicarme por qué solo me había dado 1 dólar. Entonces me señaló el descuento para miembros: -1,00 $. Había comprado unos turbos que estaban en oferta, de ahí que el descuento ya apareciera en el recibo. No parecía que quisiera explicarme nada, así que simplemente pedí que me devolvieran el dinero de la Coca-Cola de 2 litros, el pollo asado y la «comida familiar» (salsa, frijoles, arroz y 10 tortillas). Me devolvió 34 dólares. Para ser honesto, me pareció una estafa. Si vas allí, te ruego que revises tu recibo. Además, por favor, hable con la supuesta gerente a cargo de las cajas registradoras; fue grosera y no ofreció ninguna ayuda, aparte de un descuento. Me pregunto a cuántas personas trabajadoras les han cobrado de más debido a su falta de conocimiento.
