  They need to open up more cash register. To many people shopping and only 3cash register open, come on you can do better, hire more staffs

  En cuanto a precios exibidos no son los que se terminan pagando, por ejemplo, tu compras agua Natural (pura) te exiben un precio individual y por mayoreo, al momento de pagar pagas mas de lo que se indica en lo exibido

  Me gusta esta tienda porque tiene panadería y hacen un pan Mexicano bueno, es la única que yo conozco donde puedo encontrar “bolillo integral”, y está muy sabroso y nutritivo. Además, tiene una gran variedad de vegetales frescos tanto convencionales como orgánicos. Así mismo, su cocina hace buena comida mexicana. Todo esto entre otras buenas cosas que tiene.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. My cashier, Celeste S., was checking me out when my flan cake began leaking everywhere. It was dripping out of the container, onto my groceries, the shopping basket, the floor, my hands, and even the paper bag. I politely asked for a paper towel or a wet wipe so I could clean up the mess. Instead, Celeste handed me an entire roll of paper towels without offering any assistance or acknowledging that there was a spill on the floor that could have caused someone to slip and fall. She immediately started helping the next customer and never alerted another employee or supervisor about the safety hazard. I then spoke with the supervisor, Jacqueline (or Jocelyn), hoping she would address the situation. Unfortunately, she was not helpful either. Rather than acknowledging the poor customer service or the potential safety issue, she simply said that not everyone is qualified to work the register. That response had nothing to do with my concern. My issue was that no one took responsibility for the leaking product, no one attempted to help clean up the spill, and no one warned other customers or employees about the hazard. Customer service is about more than ringing up purchases. It includes responding to problems, ensuring customer safety, and showing professionalism. This experience made me feel like my concerns were dismissed, and it seemed as though the employees were more interested in talking among themselves than helping a customer. I hope management provides additional training on customer service and safety procedures so situations like this are handled more appropriately in the future.
