  After waiting almost 10 minutes in line I was turned away with 3 items, because cashier Angie stated that her line was closed, I explained to her that I couldn't see her sign because my glasses were broken and currently being repaired, I'd ask her if she could make an exception for my 3 items? she replied NO I'm closed! and proceeded to gater her belongings and left me standing there. I left my 3 items on the conveyor belt and walked away. I asked for the manager so that I could file a complaint. Cashier Angie on register #6 May 8, 2029 @ 10:40 am. Was EXTREMELY RUDE, has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS , LACKS COMPASSION and EMPATHY!!! Needs overall training , reassigned elsewhere or to a different department where she doesn't have to interact with the public, because she's not ready! I've worked as a case manager, and the administrative field for the City of LA for over 30 years, and I'm appalled as to how I was treated at Superior on Obama and LaBrea. Superior Please Do Better!!!!!!!

  Today I went to the store like many other nights but every time I try to buy freshly cut ham in the area of cremeria in the night shift the lady who is there "serving" simply says that she can no longer attend from 8 p.m. on the instructions of the manager, it was 8:20 and had already cleaned when in the store hours she says that they close at 10, so she means that they are going to update all the schedules by department ? or do we have to be guessing? Besides, she is an extremely rude woman who only talks all the time all the time around the store, neglecting her work area, and if you do not want to talk to her, she harasses you.

  Hoy quería comer chicharrones y estuve esperando 10 minutos para ordenar y nadie se acercó a preguntarme qué quería. Una trabajadora preguntó quien estaba trabajando esa área y nadie supo, pero aún ella viendo gente esperando y sin nada que hacer no se acercó a preguntar si necesitamos ayuda. Nunca más vuelvo a esta tienda
