Greetings-Just Wanted To Share Some Knowledge, Laws And Awareness To All Your Cashiers After A Disheartening Encounter This Month I Witnessed My "In Training" Mobility Service Canine Had With One Of Your Cashiers-<Dawn>- (Management Please Share)
"Service Animals" and "In Training Service Animals" Are For Medical Aids "They Are Not Pets" And Are Categorized By The Primary Type Of Support They Provide- "Mobility, Guide, Hearing, Medical Alert/ Response, Psychiatric and Autism Support".
Employees(Cashiers) Should Not Interact or Distract A Working (Trained/In Training) Service Animal By- "Talking/Cooing Or Making Whistling-Kissing-Lip Smacking Noises At The Working Animal To Get Their Attention. It Is Highly Unprofessional and Highly Disrespectful and Lawless If An A Employee (Cashier) Continues To Do These Actions And Openly Refuses To Stop After Being Asked To Stop By The Handler.
Under The California Disabled Person Act( California Civil Code 54.2) And Penal Code 365.6- "Intentionally Interfering With, Harassing Or Obstructing A Service Animal Is A Misdemeanor."
Under California Civil Code 54.2- "Legally Permits Individuals With Disabilities Or Those Training Service Animals To Bring An "In Training" Service Animals Into A Public Place."
"In California "In Training" Service Animals Are Given The Same Rights As Trained Service Animals."
What Employees (Cashiers) Can Ask And What They Cannot-
1. "Is The Animal A Service Animal Required Because Of A Disability?"
2."What Work Or Task Has The Animal Been Trained To Perform?"
Employees Cannot Ask For The Handlers Medical Documentation, An ID Card Or Proof Of Certification.

I only stopped in to use the restroom. It was nice and clean but outside there are too many folks along for money or selling something. It makes me not want to go in at all.
Bakery employees are rude and cruel.
Bought a CHOCOLATE cake from the display and when I cut it open it was vanilla with strawberry cream. I payed cash and did not receive a receipt. I came back today with photos not even asking for a refund but a replacement cake a smaller one because the party is already over and ruined so I wanted to get the correct small cake to gift as an apology. But nope apparently I’m a liar and I never bought tbe cake there and the staff continued to try to humiliate me in Spanish

Superior Grocers just made life SO much easier!
Not only can you grab all your groceries at great prices, but this location also has a DMV self-service kiosk inside the store — and let me tell you, it’s a game changer.
I was able to quickly complete my vehicle registration renewal and even take care of my Driver’s License/ID card renewal right there without stepping foot in the DMV or waiting in those long lines. In and out in minutes!
Super convenient, fast, and stress-free. Knock out your errands and grocery shopping all in one stop. That’s what I call smart time management.
Definitely a huge plus for the community. I’ll absolutely be back!

A Bakery is supposed to be a HAPPY PLACE.
I've order from this bakery for many years. But lately, the customer service has gotten very, very bad. The women there are hispanic, they speak to each other in spanish. They disregard your requests, and if they don't feel like doing it, they'll all stick together. And they tell the manager what to do, very unprofessional. Which makes it very uneasy to make a request. Customer service at the bakery used to be 100. Now it's a below average. The ladies in the bakery can use some retraining on customer service and PLEASE break up the MEAN bakery LADIES, click. because they work together to make it a unpleasant shop.
