  Is Tuesday June 30. Came to this place to buy flautas. Is the Tuesday special. And like other Tuesdays, no flautas. So I complained to two managers they talk to the kitchen staff. They promised me ten minutes. I waited 18 minutes and still no flautas. Is not the first time that I go through this. I got angry and explained to the a manager again. She couldn't do a damd thing about it. Such a bad service. Not right.

  La cajera Sandra me ayudo mucho con el dmv Kiosk ella me enseno como se tendria que hacer y me saco el esticker fue muy amable y rapido , tambien pase con ella a comprar unas frutas y me trato con amabilidad, las lineas si estuberon largas un poco.

  Ago mis compras ahi todo excelente pero la cajera milagro grosera para cobrar tienen q ablar con ella pésimo servicio de mal umor abla prepotentemente si no le gusta su trabajo q de la oportunidad a otra persona q si quiera trabajar y no es primera ya con está vez ya son 2 veces q está chica me a atendido de la mala manera .tiene q mejorar su manera de tratar a los clientes . Ya no iré ahi es pésima milagro

  I gave this store 3 stars because I shop here often and have never had a problem until today. Usually the staff members are great, but one cashier completely ruined the experience. It also was not busy at the time. I was ready to check out and the register light was on, but no one was there. I only went in to grab a few things for dinner, so I didn’t have a cart. While I was placing my items on the belt, I waited and asked two young ladies if anyone was working the register. When I was finally acknowledged, a younger cashier named Zandra signaled me with her hand to wait. She continued chatting with another employee instead of helping me, even though I was already standing there waiting. When she finally came over, she didn’t greet me at all and only asked if I wanted a bag. Her demeanor was very unprofessional and rude for someone working customer service. Like I said, I shop here often and have never experienced this before, which is why this was disappointing. Employees chatting while customers are waiting at the register is disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this because I usually enjoy shopping at this Superior store.
