    This Superior has got to be the most beautiful one I've ever been to, everything was so fresh and all the shelves were stocked and looked beautiful, the workers were so sweet and nice, whatever manger runs this store is doing an amazing job.. this is now my new store I shop at.. Thank you 😊

    I had a very disappointing experience at Superior Market on Ave. 45. My daughter was using the coin-to-cash machine when it got stuck. I understand that the machine itself isn't the market's responsibility, but the way the staff handled the situation was unacceptable. The screen instructed us to ask for assistance, so I went to the cashier. She told me the person who handles it was on lunch and said, "Probably not," when I asked if someone else could help. She also said she couldn't leave her register. I asked if she could at least call someone, and we ended up waiting about 20 minutes. We couldn't just leave and come back because the machine had already started the transaction and our ticket wasn't coming out. After waiting, I asked another employee for help. She said the manager, I believe her name was Ellie, was on register 7. When I went to her, I had to say "Excuse me" several times before she acknowledged me. I felt like I was being ignored. She finally said she would help, but then I waited another 15 minutes. When Ellie finally came over, she removed the money, gave us the ticket, and simply said the machine was now out of order. However, she never returned the coins that had been stuck in the machine and just walked away. Ellie attitude was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. The store wasn't even busy, so there was no reason for such poor customer service. I even took pictures of the situation. This experience was extremely frustrating, and because of the way we were treated, I will not be returning to this store.

    Did self check out and needed an extra bag (two days before 2026Memorial Day on Saturday morning) and the cashier girl refused to give me one more bag!!!

    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! these old ladies have 0 professionalism. MANAGERS don’t even write them up! Produce isn’t always good and they always give you whatever pounds they want at the meat produce. Bakery is stale and old bread. Security is always weird.

    Quería dejar mi mala experiencia en esta tienda, el día 6 de mayo hora 21:38 de la noche siempre compramos 300 a 400 dolares semales en esta tienda pero la head cashier qué se llama Sandy le comento a otra cajera que porque llega gente a última hora con muchas cosas, por lo cual yo pe pregunte si estaba molesta y ella dijo que no pero con una mala actitud, me moleste tanto por su comentario que decidí hablar con el asistente manager llamado Fredy qué ni siquiera pidió disculpas, un consejo corporativo de Superior entrenen bien a sus líderes, me sorprende que una lead de caja sea tan grocera, y el asistente manager le da igual las cosas que suceden en su tienda, por lo cual jamás regresaré a esa tienda prefiero ir a dejar mi dinero a otro lugar donde si lo atienden con cordialidad al cliente, no quise ir hablar con la manager ni a la corporacion porque sé que no van hacer nada al respecto con este asunto y también claro que la señorita no estaba trabajando con su nombre en el recibo aparece otro nombre lo bueno que me percaté de su nombre , espero resuelvan este asunto con sus empleados para que en un futuro otros clientes les pase los mismo y tmabienben ese instante que estaba hablando con el asistente se acerco otro señor poniendo queja de la misma head cashier de su mala actitud, pueden chequear las camaras y verán todo el producto que llevábamos y era cada semana.
