  came in 7:30ish at Sat 25th and the worker was very rude to me..? in confusion she keep giving me an attitude with a response back at me and putting the wrong vegetables in my sandwich, she put cucumber in specific and i don’t like cucumbers.. instead of saying sorry she put the cucumber back to the tray. what happened to cross contamination..? what if i was allergic? to it? anyway towards the end she toss my sandwich at me. i said thank you regardless of bad service.

  I ordered my meal for the L.A. union station, but somehow it was placed to this location. After I payed, I noticed the error. I tried to correct the address using the app, but there's no option for it. I tried canceling the order, but there's no option for that either. I called THIS place to have them cancel the order, but nobody answered the 6 times I called. Now my money and my food have gone to waste.

  I ordered a total of six sandwiches, including two 13-inch ones, but they packaged them all as 6-inch sandwiches. I went back to the store after realizing the mistake, and when I told them they had made the order incorrectly, they didn't even apologize. They just said it would take two minutes and made two more 6-inch sandwiches. When I got back and looked at the sandwiches again, the portions were small, and they even used a different type of bread than what I ordered. I never want to visit this place again.
