  I go eat there at night. It's always clean and quiet. The have really good customer service every time I go. The best part is they have a restroom and free wifi 😅. They always help me with a smile and make me feel good.

  I been this store since 3 years now and the customer service still superb all the employees are so gentle and kind with the customer even in busy time they stay so calm and slimed all the time. I really appreciate to all of them especially evening shifts they are really supportive to their customers, because I always go evening time they always be so happy and energetic while they working. Thank you so much for giving us delicious food.

  They force you to through the screens, u have to order them through the app and for someone like me tha has a hard time with tech. It felt like work it took twice as long as ordering physically. The fact that ordering physically is t an option is ridiculous and I’m sure there’s a law suit. I refused to use the screens and they wouldn’t serve me. I expect a reply. Is this company policy? Is this something you guys train your employees in. I need to know the details before I speak to a lawyer

  Subway by USC is exactly what you’d expect—but in a college setting, that actually works in its favor. It’s a reliable stop when you’re rushing between classes or need something quick that isn’t straight-up greasy fast food. The line can get long during peak lunch hours, but it usually moves fast since the staff is used to handling student rushes.
