    Jessica and Genesis are the best server and they are so nice they treat me with so much respect and subway is so lucky to have them working here. Best people working in the fast food industry and I can’t wake to come back to order more food. Change my whole experience, was having a bad day and they made it good

    I had such a great experience at Subway today. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was amazing. Elsa and Jessica were both incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming the entire time. They made the atmosphere feel positive and comfortable, and you could tell they genuinely cared about giving customers a good experience. My sandwich was made perfectly, everything was fresh, and they paid attention to every detail. Elsa had such a kind attitude, and Jessica was super helpful and professional. They both worked together so well and kept everything moving smoothly even while it was busy. It’s rare to come across service that makes you want to come back immediately, but they definitely did that. Huge shoutout to Elsa and Jessica for making my visit such a beautiful experience. Subway is lucky to have employees like them!

    I went to buy Subway on Tuesday night and had a bad experience with an employee named Xio. I asked her if she spoke English, and she responded to me in a very rude way. She also turned off the drink machine while I was still using it. I believe you should have more professional employees who provide better customer service. This is not the first time I’ve had this kind of experience with the same person. Yesterday, I went back again with my wife, and once again we received bad service from her. She was even making the sandwich her own way instead of how we ordered it. I’m very disappointed with the service we received.

    I visited a Subway location on Sunday, April 19, 2026, about 30 minutes before closing. I understand that it’s close to closing time, but I was still within business hours. From the start, the employee assisting me had a noticeable attitude. If she didn’t want to take my order because they were closing soon, I would have completely respected that—clear communication would have gone a long way. Instead, the experience felt rushed and careless. My sandwich was made in a very sloppy way, with ingredients being thrown together rather than prepared properly. What really crossed the line was seeing the employee pick something up from the floor and then continue preparing food. That’s a serious hygiene concern and not acceptable under any circumstances. Because of this, I didn’t feel comfortable eating the sandwich at all. I’m requesting a refund and will be reporting this to Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, as food safety should never be compromised. This experience was disappointing and concerning, and I hope management takes it seriously.
